Mike is the dearest pharmacist around. Having trouble arguing with a computer about your rx? Go in at 9:00 on Saturday. ❤️

When I walked in and asked if they had any baskets the kid with his manager standing there abruptly said no, we had our one basket stolen - as if that was a solid explanation. If it being stolen wasn't bad enough, you only had one basket for all your customers to start with anyway. After that, there was no product on the shelves. Some items were abundant with inventory and others, like the type of products I needed, were non-existent. It seems the manager and employees jobs at this location are to stand there and mouth breathe.

Was sent to pharmacy to buy Covid tests. Pharmacist late for her shift only two people working. Over 30 min and still waiting there's a line with at least 6 folks who also have been waiting over 20 min. Why they don't have more people helping is crazy for a Saturday! Will avoid at all costs in the future. The one person keeps telling everyone, I do it later. I do it later. Has not successfully helped anyone yet.

Scheduled my Covid booster shot for my wife and I. No issues and no wait. Really friendly staff that explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend.

Their phone message is much to long and then they put you on hold forever asking you to wait. Also, closing at 5 p.m. on Sunday is not great at all. All other CVS's close at 6 p.m. or much later. Closing this early is a dis-service to many who need their medication.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My children meds were called in three days ago and they STILL had not filled them. They then proceeded to make us wait 30 mins while they very slowly filled them. I understand this is a tough job but taking days upon days to fill simple RX's? People live and die by their meds and that lack of urgency is extremely troubling. Don't waste your time complaining because they will stare at you and refuse to respond. Sad that this is their version of professionalism.

This pharmacy is the worst. There is always a wait & they do not listen to their messages from the doctors calling in your prescription. My dr even said they never listen to their vm's so he waits until he can get them live. And i love when I'm next in line & they ignore me for 10 min. You need more employees.

This pharmacy deserves zero stars. I suffer with a chronic genetic disorder, that requires prescription pain medication. My illness also has caused other organs in my body to malfunction. This pharmacy only had one of the 3 medications that I needed. I said ok go ahead and fill that 1, and I will see if my other pharmacist has the other 2. The pharmacist refused to fill the one, if I wouldn't wait 3 days for the other 2 prescriptions. (My prescriptions are on schedule. This was a concern to me being that I've never been treated this way at CVS, secondly the pharmacist is wrapped up in taliban like clothing. This is disconcerting to me because I've been previously exposed to terrorist groups as an professional EMT, they tried to force me to do work that I wasn't willing to do as a proud American citizen. This resulted in me not being hired for work for many years. I hope my medication is not being tainted with foreign substances... I am very concerned. I better change my name on this forum also.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. This is not for myself but in general for two of my patients. When I saw two of my patients that were very sick, I called in personally to speak to the pharmacist to ensure that my patients would get their medication on time. The pharmacist who spoke to me informed me the medications could be picked up after two hours. I took time out of my day to call my patients at their home to let them know that the medications would be available and the time duration that they should arrive ! Upon arriving there, both times the pharmacist told them that the medications were not in their system, and that the pharmacist that would have taken the call in the morning was gone for the day. The pharmacist on duty when speaking to me appeared to be very agitated because I was questioning why all my hard work went in vain. Both times I had very sick people standing in CVS pharmacy waiting for medications and I personally called in and yet they were not accepted . Upon calling in the medications I gave my cell number plus my DEA, NPI number and all my verifications. What did the pharmacist do? She started questioning my cell number asking me why it was from out of state. I informed her that I have used this number for 15 years because early on in my life when I was doing residency this is the number I had. It was not only irritating and time-consuming to go through this process, I felt very sorry for the patients that were using the CVS pharmacy. In addition to this there is obvious irritation that with all my verifications and all the numbers she could pull up with my name, and the fact that she asked me where I practiced and I gave her the complete information she still questioned my authenticity. Just for reference for those of you who don't know what a DEA number and an Npi number are, one of them has to be registered to the California board of medicine that allows you to prescribe medications. The second number verifies where you work, and what state you are certified with. Both numbers punched into a computer will allow my name to pop up immediately. Including my phone number my work addresses etc. This is a very poor presentation of the pharmacist for CVS pharmacy. I would not recommend my patients using CVS pharmacy. I have seen my patients have better outcomes using target and Cosco. Either that or train their staff better !!!
