We were forced to return here after Rite Aid in Livermore closed. Your pharmacy sucks, and your call system REALLY sucks. It's incredibly difficult to get a pharmacist on the phone, through the maze of their automated phone nonsense. And none of the transferred prescriptions show up on your app. There was a reason we left, and we hope to leave again.

Threw away my meds without notice and I wasn't even late by a day for picking it up. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because I have had semi pleasant experiences here before.

When the expired on sale tag was not removed for specific item, the worker just removed the yellow sale tag and refused to honor the sale item. His attitude is bad and seems like I owe him something. Totally dissatisfied the honesty of conducting business.

The staff at the pharmacy were knowledgeable and helpful, and they were able to assist me in finding the right kit for my needs.The process of getting the kit was straightforward, and the staff were able to explain the instructions for using it clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the fact that the pharmacy had the kit in stock and that it was available for purchase without a prescription.Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at CVS pharmacy in getting a H pylori kit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the process was quick and hassle-free.

CVS is remarkable for the cheerfulness and competence of the employees who interact with the customers. As W. Edwards Deming used to say, this makes quality in service and product very likely--and for me, this quite consistently proves to be the case at CVS.

Horrible experience multiple times. Prescriptions not ready. Don't seem to understand how autofill works. Computer system is outdated. Communication is horrible. How about some systems training for this poorly organized service provider?

Sometimes one receives service above and beyond expectations. Today I was helped in the pharmacy by Samantha who was helpful, knowledgeable, polite, attentive of details and deserves a big shout out for going the extra mile to help customers. As I waited for the change that needed to be done by the pharmacist, I observed Samantha serving other customers and I saw her patience, helpfulness and that she showed respect to them as well. Samantha, you are fantastic!

Like most pharmacies, the merchandise is pricey, but coupons are available for signing up online or in store. Cashiers on the front are usually very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy counter is often busy, especially after work hours not surprisingly, but pharmacist is helpful and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Store is clean and well-organized, typically well-stocked. Would very much prefer that employers, especially at the pharmacy, continue to wear masks even if the county doesn't require it. Just makes good sense since covid has not disappeared as many would like to think.
