Linda in the Pharmacy was a true Rockstar. She has such a positive attitude while multitasking to keep the most dreaded pharmacy line down. I have not had a bad experience at this pharmacy but Linda definitely stood out. Thanks!

Worst experience at a CVS. Mohammed was rude and kept blaming us for the transaction not going through. He was impatient and blamed us for system error saying, "This is the last time I am doing this for you" because the machine kept asking us for the same balance no matter which items we kept or took out. In the end, he admitted the error was with the system. My dad and I left the store without any items that we needed.

I went in to run an errand and overheard the manager arguing with a magazine vendor, a young woman, something about never heard about her company. Manager Jon was extremely rude talking over her and wouldn't let her explain, then kicked her out of the store! I feel so bad, she was just trying to do her job. I saw her crying in her car. Please stay away if you can!

Trying to redeem my scratch card reward and I have checked that I won $30 but at the cashier, the staff gave me $20 and I was trying to explain. The store female manager at the time was being rude and not caring stating that $20 was what the register shows and she said “i don’t know what you trying to explain” and I told them I could show them the top part of the scratch card but they have ripped it apart. The manager could use some attitude training instead of embarrassing the customer in front of other customers. Period

This store is a shithole. They always have different incompetent people working. They expect their customers to call their own tech support people for a gift card that isn't working correctly on THEIR register! Then I was hung up on 3x after they kept trying to transfer me to another Dept. This is the worst store I have ever been too, in my entire life. They should just burn it down and start over, it's that bad....

The service that I ALWAYS get there is AWESOME EVERY TIME. THE GALS LOVE MY LITTLE DOG. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP if I have a question. I love this CVS store.

This review is for the Pharmacy specifically: Staff is rude, woman managing counter at the pharmacy was borderline mean Additionally, wait times are long and they don't seem to care. I was asked to wait 15 min for my rX, no one called me so I checked in after 20 min and was told it finished a while ago. So why not tell me? Store is good! Pharmacy is not!

Encountered a very rude Manager, Mohammed, who could not exhibit the most basic customer service skill. So, I felt an unusual dryness in my eye and needed an eye drop. Drove to CVS pharmacy located on 4405 1st street, Livermore , CA.. To my surprise, there were so many products on the shelves to choose from. I spent about 15 minutes trying to read and make a choice. I was in shock when a man with a name tag Mohammed came behind me and yelled …why are you checking the products? “You must leave if you can’t find what you want.” I said to him that I’m trying to read and find the right eye drop suitable for my problem. He got so angry and told me that he will call the police on me because he suspected I was in the store NOT to buy anything…. I told him to go ahead. My question is, why couldn’t this man rather offer to help me ? Instead , he chose to harass me because of the color of my skin.. Of course, I did not leave the store till I found the choice of eye drop suitable and purchased it.Maybe, he needs a special sign at that CVS which says, “Don’t read anything before you buy!!!”

Been here since 10:02. Was told to purchase Covid tests at pharmacy. Pharmacy opened late and pharmacist was quite frazzled upon arrival. 35 min later still don't have tests and they want me to come back. They have been unsuccessful in helping anyone here. Only two people working on a Saturday a tech and pharmacist. This is crazy! Why didn't I just buy them and get reimbursed? Would not recommend this pharmacy location! Horrible service! Took 50 min to buy tests.

I got discharged from the ER past time to fill a prescription I needed to take twice daily . The other CVS said they were working on it when they were in fact out of stock. Next day They transferred it to this CVS. When I called asking for an ETA, the pharmacist got salty with me. If you don’t care about patients, needing time sensitive medication prescribed by an emergency room, why are you in this line of work?

Was sent to pharmacy to buy Covid tests. Pharmacist late for her shift only two people working. Over 30 min and still waiting there's a line with at least 6 folks who also have been waiting over 20 min. Why they don't have more people helping is crazy for a Saturday! Will avoid at all costs in the future. The one person keeps telling everyone, I do it later. I do it later. Has not successfully helped anyone yet.
