Everlasting Surfaces did a great job installing our marble countertops. From start to finish, the process went very quickly. Gina was amazing in guiding us. The countertops look beautiful. Once the kitchen is finished, I will post pictures.

What a wonderful local company. I have used them twice for remodeled bathrooms in my Pleasanton home. They fabricated my quartz and granite like artists. Seam patterns are perfect. They continue the pattern (design) through the edge. It’s quality craftsmanship. Turn around time was three days from measurement to install. Cruz in the office is extremely professional and yet casual and easy to work with. Installers were excellent.I highly recommend Everlasting!

Beware of Everlasting Surfaces in Livermore! We went to MSI with our designer to select and purchase three slabs for our kitchen remodel. After careful consideration and inspection we chose three slabs of quartzite. Once the time came to have the slabs cut we made an appointment to go to Everlasting to approve the layout. After waiting an hour past our appointment time they finally lead us outside to see the templates on the slabs. It was at this time we noticed two of the slabs had MAJOR damage. One had a major crack down the middle, another was pitted with areas of additional cracking. (Pictures attached.) Everlasting first said that they arrived that way... (So how can you accept delivery of severely defective slabs?!) The company failed to take any responsibility for the damage. We have filed a claim with the CSLB (California State License Board). CSLB complaint: In June of 2020 we went to MSI to pick out quartzite slabs to fabricate our kitchen counter tops. We went with our designer so that the slabs would be consistent with the other parts of the kitchen. After we chose 3 slabs of Midnight Fusion we contracted with Everlasting Surfaces to buy the slabs and fabricate the countertops. Everlasting Surfaces purchased the slabs on July 1, 2020. Although we had the renovation plans complete before we found the slabs, the permitting process took a long time because this was the beginning of the pandemic. We had to wait months to get all of the approvals and then we had to revise the plans because of mistakes with the initial engineering drawings. It took months to approve the revised plans. We began construction in January of 2022. In June of 2022 the contractor told us he was ready to have the templates for the countertops made. Everlasting Surfaces made the templates. The following week we went to decide where to put the templates on the slabs. When they brought out the slabs we saw that one of them was broken and the other two were damaged. The people helping us told us that two of the slabs were unusable but the third might be usable. Since the slabs are made of natural stone and the patterns are unique and we needed three slabs to make all of the counter tops we asked for our money back. We were told that since it had been two years since the slabs were purchased that they would not refund our money because the contract we signed had a time limitation. They finally admitted that there is no time limitation in the contract. In addition they never told us that there was any problem storing the slabs in spite of the fact that they had both our phone number and email address. Next Everlasting Surfaces contacted MSI and found that there were 2 remaining slabs of Midnight Fusion and offered to pay half of the cost of the additional slabs. In spite of the fact that they wanted us to pay half the cost of the new slabs even though they broke the original slabs we went with our designer to see if the new slabs would work. Since the slabs were from a different lot the patterns were very different from the original slabs and in addition the new slabs were scratched. Since this compromise wouldn't work we asked for our money back again. I tried to reach Nancy Bishop at Everlasting Surfaces but always got someone else and she never returned my calls. Since Nancy Bishop wouldn't return my calls and our kitchen renovation was stopped until we could get countertops we went with our designer to buy new slabs. The countertops have been fabricated from the new slabs and have been installed.

Everlasting had a great deal on our quartz counter and the folks running the office are very knowledgeable. Guys measuring got it all right, and we needed a small chip repair that they fixed right away and it looks fantastic - nothing visible. We've used them twice for major jobs and I'll go back to them again because they are dependable, reasonably priced and do a great job.

We needed a countertop for our new bar. Adan was a tremendous help in finding our stone. They were about to close but he stayed open to help us find what we needed. The stone was beautifully crafted. Probably the nicest we've seen to date. Adan is extremely talented. Wish we knew about this company when we had our kitchen done a few years back. Working with them was seamless. The gentlemen that came to install were very professional and friendly. They were on time every time they said they were going to be here and kept in communication either via text or phone call. Definitely recommend!

Read all the bad reviews because they are spot on! This business owner is not going to give a s*** about a review. Worst experience ever, no communication. Day of install went just how I feared, I had no confidence in them at all. Slabs had multiple cuts & multiple seams. Very disappointed in the lack of communication even when I complained and they knew I was not happy they still failed to communicate basic information. Owner just doesn't care. Mistake upon mistake with no accountability.

My counter tops were installed today. I cannot emphasize how amazing they were! I live in Livermore and I wanted a local company. Communication was easy and the workmanship was excellent. I was hoping to save my back splash and they removed my old granite without issues. You would never know where the seems are if you didn't already know where to look. The workers were polite, did a great job cleaning up and made sure they asked to be certain they were doing things the way I wanted. I bought my quartzite slabs in Oakland. They would have fabricated and installed, but their price was significantly more and it did not include tear-out, but Everlasting Surfaces did it all for less. I highly recommend Everlasting Surfaces.

Love my new quartz countertops! They exceeded my expectations in matching the pattern and precision fit. The entire job was completed in a day plus a couple hours of demo. Very professional and high quality crew.
