My mom sent a package for the first time to mexico paying $500 and now its being all returned back. It would REALLY be helpful to let customers know what to send and not to send!

An exceptional team they have over there at this Fedex Office Print and Ship Center! I have always used their services: print, shipping, and copies for a few years now and they blew me away again with their customer service! I needed a reprint of a receipt from 3 months ago and they did not hesitate to assist me. Dave initiated the assistance and Kalei came in and was able to find it in a flash! I will continue coming to this office because I know they get the job done with great customer care and expediency!

Went in to drop off a package that was already paid for and was told that FedEx does not ship retail packages anymore. The employee (a slightly larger Hispanic male) told me that this location (Off Las Positas) doesn't accept retail packages, noting they have to be in their branded boxes. I asked where I would need to go to get this item shipped as I've come to this location over a dozen times shipping items in retail packaging previously; he noted I would need to go to a shipping center which is down off Johnson Ave. He was directing me to go to a location 20 minutes away in another city and completely out of the way for me to get an item that was already labeled and paid for. Wish some semblance of honesty would've been there as the other employee in the background just stood there observing the interaction. Is this how FedEx does business now?

I sent a laptop back to my daughter in Oceanside and it was delivered safely and the staff is nice I used to print my photos there or load them on a usb drive for storage I give them an A+ It hurts me to complain about poor customer service

WOW, want to definitely express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Livermore FedEx. The store is consistently organized and clean, the customer service is impeccable, and the order status updates are always current. Additionally, the convenient location and fair prices are greatly appreciated.
I want to extend special recognition to Beth, who went above and beyond to assist me with my recent order. I had been experiencing nearly three days of chaotic issues trying to receive my package. After speaking with someone from my purchasing headquarters who incorrectly informed me that my order was changed to pickup, Beth took it upon herself to track my order and went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the issue. Her dedication and effort are truly appreciated.
I also want to acknowledge Ali for her amazing assistance too.
Thank you, ladies, for being so attentive and providing such outstanding service. You deserve more than 10 stars!

Horrible experience, rude and filled incomplete and incorrect information on a medical emergency shipment, didn't care to enter recipient phone. I am never using services from this location. The commit dates they promise are bs.

Ali was AWESOME! I came in with a problem with delivery of an international package. I called FedEx but could not get through to a live person. Ali took the time to call FedEx International and get the problem solved. Absolutely OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Thank you!
