I was greeted by the best finish line employee! I was walking around the store shopping for back to school when I casually asked him if they had any shoes in black and white. Anthony casually mentioned they may have them and sure enough he presented us with the black pandas!!! What we were going crazy for! He was the best! Since covid I don't think I have come across someone like him. Very helpful, personable and awesome! We need more Anthony's !!!!

Just happened to walk in the door and I found a great deal on a pair of shoes. Friendly staff and the wait time was minimal.

The man with eyeglass didn’t have well service if compared with another staff who served my friend. My friend and I bought one each in a bit different time. Staff should say if they don’t have changes before I paid cash.

Extremely rude staff.The girl from the staff was emotion less and agitated! Not interested in attending me!The other tall guy from the staff keeps scratching his body for the complete 1 hour I spent there. Ewww! See a dermatologist bro. You are dirty!The 3rd and the last staff boy with white hair, bears the whole customers and was awesome. Speaks politely, attends and guides well.I bought 2 Nike Vapourmax and 1 QC office shoes. All thanks for the 3rd staff guy who helped me with that.

Pretty decent selection and prices. All stock is stored in the back and you can only try one item at a time but still pretty fast.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I worked customer service for six years so I think that I am justified in saying my experience here on Black Friday was horrible. All day, my group was looking for some classic high-top converse in a specific size. We finally found what we were looking for at Finish Line and were excited to make a purchase. When it was time to pay, my friend went to the register alone. The associate asked my friend if she had a last name with finish line. She said no and that she just wanted to buy the shoes but the associate continued to pressure her even going as far as saying something along the lines of, "Just give me any last name and I will put it on their account.". Instead of explaining what giving them the last name would do the associate just continued to pressure my friend for her last name. After refusing numerous times and not getting an explanation she decided not to purchase the shoes (mainly due to discomfort). Finish Line was supposed to lose a sale that day but unfortunately they were the only ones who had the shoe she wanted. Thus, my friends and I approached the register in a group requesting to buy the Converse my friend wanted. The same associate my friend dealt with asked us if we had a last name in the system. We told him no and that we just wanted the shoes, NOTHING ELSE. He then began to ask what the big deal was and that we can just make up any last name. Because the associate wanted a last name from us so badly, we asked, "Why don't you make up the last name.". The associate then thought it would be appropriate to ask in a sarcastic tone, "What, are you in the witness protection program or something?". Even if this were the case, it is an incredibly inappropriate question to ask anyone you do not know, especially a customer in your store.What should have happened is that the associate should have asked if we have a name or email. If our response was no, then let us know the benefits of providing one rather than pressuring further for a last name without explanation.Really disappointed in our experience here. I wish I remembered the associates name. All I remember is that they were working on Black Friday between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. I also believe their name started with and "R".

The staff is really nice.. however, the manager Xóchitl was very rude & unhelpful when trying to make a return. This is the second time I've dealt w her & the first time I thought maybe she was just having a rough day but after this I would NOT go back bc of her service, this store needs a new manager ASAP

Came into this location on my break today and was greeted nicely, went to the register and the sales associate working the register was The Rudest EVER! "I don't know what you want because I wasn't helping you was her response" yes you the one behind the register with the messy hair I had to ask if she was ok because of all the slamming of boxes . Seriously if you don't like working with people this might not be the job for you . Just sayin' ..

Terrible this store is racist... they did not want to sell to us because were Asian. They said limited one shoe per person but they wouldn't let us get a pair each. Xochi the manager who is fat and ugly is a terrible person she straight up lied to our face when the shoe was on the display. I have never felt this disrespected in my life. Please fire her... I'm sure finish line does not want her to represent them.

I went to buy some shoes today and I asked this women there that worked there when I was asking for a size but she ignored me. I then decided to get help by a guy who was by the way super nice. Afterwards I proceed to check out and the same women that ignored me at first was so rude and she was just staring at me all ugly and with a attitude. I didn't tell her anything and I was still trying to be nice because I didn't want to be a Karen and start a complain. I was about to leave and not buy anything but i didn't. She was really rude with a horrible attitude when I asked her a question about some shoes. I felt discriminated because when a white lady was paying she was giving her a great service. I am not sure if she was the manger but she seemed like it and just because she is the manger doesn't mean she has the right to treat people how ever she wants. A person like her doesn't deserve to be in that position she is at. Never going again. ( if I could I would put 0 stars)
