Tim is phenomenal! He gives a hand when needed, he’s fun to chat with, he’s always cleaning around the premises, and he has waived a late fee here or there when needed. He seems like a genuinely good guy. I highly recommend doing business with this company!

I use to rent for like a good 6months and when I moved out the guy there recognized two locks missing from some neighboring units that I never touched or step foot in I was cleaning my unit with my mom and my little 15 year old sister we cleaned it out and a few days later the cops come to my house asking if we had anything missing from the unit cause some units were broken into the cops came to me house asking us all type of questions like we did they were trying to blame us since we have a big vehicle and we were their cleaning out our unit I would never do something like that because it would put my job at risk we left our unit since it was to pricey they raised it first 15$ I think then a few months later 30$ after so I just cleared it out instead idk whether the guy sent the cops to our house or if he thought it was us but that was disrespectful trying to blame us the guy from the office never called us asking if we had anything missing he just let the cops know we were there and they thought it was us cops were putting there flash light inside my van like we stole the stuff

Maseh was very helpful and went the extra mile when I needed a ledger of my payments for reimbursement. They had changed to a new system and it took a bit of time. At the end of our transaction I had what I needed and he was friendly throughout the process! Tim the new manager is also very friendly and helpful. Thank for the great customer service.

I love this place. It's awesome. Super clean and the manager Tim is great, always helpful if I need anything. Definitely would recommend this facility to anybody looking for a storage unit
