The desk is 5-stars, but I need to deduct a star for customer service/experience.I got an E7 desk. The instruction manual that came with it was very unclear. The biggest issue: the instructions said to adjust the length of the support beam so that there is no more than 7.87" of overhang on either side of the desktop. Then, after confirming the length, tighten the screws on the support beam. I did this -- I measured the desktop, then measured the support beam, then tightened the screws. However, it was only AFTER this that I noticed the pre-drilled holes in the underside of the desktop. The instruction manual made NO MENTION of the pre-drilled holes. When I saw this, I realized I needed to loosen the screws and adjust the support beam length. Unfortunately, 4 of the screws were deeply inset, and rounded out.Despite the claim on their website that they offer 24/7 customer support via phone, my Saturday phone call went unanswered and I was automatically disconnected after 30 minutes. So instead, I sent a message explaining the situation. They responded asking for a picture/video so they could better assist me. I responded to that request with a narrated video on the same day. After 2 days with no answer, I sent a follow-up message asking if they had received the video, and if they had ANY advice.No answer. Radio silence. I ultimately ended up hiring someone via TaskRabbit to help me. He was able to extract the screws using a special screwdriver. The rest of the setup process was easy and we (him, with me helping 1%) finished within 30 minutes.I love the desk now, but it would've been nice to have my questions/concerns addressed by FlexiSpot instead of shelling out $200 to get someone else to help me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I have never left a yelp review before but I felt the need to do so because of how insanely frustrated I am with this company. I ordered my desk Nov 2021 and it was initially great. But in the beginning of Feb 2022 an issue occurred that caused the extendable side flap of the desk to break. I reached out via the online customer service chat asking if they had a replacement piece available, and offered to pay for the piece and the shipping. The customer service agent named Dhaniel told me to send him the images of the broken part via email, which I did. He did not get back to me for a week, and when he finally did, he told me the part would be shipped to me in 36-48 hours. Great! But that was in February. Since then, I have called and talked to various reps via the online chat (Dhaniel, Jhonas, some others) over and over, and have either gotten incorrect or no information (one rep said I would get the part in April, reached out in May - no part on the way, no email confirmation). Finally 2 weeks ago a rep said that they could send me an entire new desk as long as I returned the original one. I live in a small 4th floor walk-up, the desk was heavy and a struggle to get up the stairs and put together in the first place. I told them that it was JUNE and I had been in contact with them since FEB, the least they could do was send me a new desk and not make me return it. He told me that was not possible, and so did a woman I spoke to on the phone. It took until today, June 21, to get them to agree to send me the desk without needing to return the old one (with much confusion and resentment on their end, I might add). I guess I'll just keep the 12" long extendable part and give the rest of the desk to a friend. Have yet to get an email confirming this replacement, so who knows. Can't believe it went from needing/wanting to pay for a small part replacement to pulling teeth in order to get an entire new desk that I didn't want in the first place. And then the rep named Mark (whom I had spoken to previously and had gotten no info or a follow up email from as promised) told me that if I left a positive review on Amazon, he would give me a partial refund. I told him that I would take the refund if he was offering, but I would not be leaving a positive review.This was his message exactly: "Please be guided that the feedback is for my customer service and the screenshot for that is required for us to process the partial refund as exchange of appreciation.Can you please provide it, I will do my best to serve you always Specially the process of your full and new desk replacement."I will never be ordering from this company again. I love the desk itself, which is such a bummer because this process has been awful. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the part to come back in stock or completing a full return if I was actually followed up with or given any sort of concrete information over these 4 months. Do not order from Flexispot. Please go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE experience. The desk never came - I had delivery drivers driving around in circles because they mistyped my address (never ever had this experience with an ecommerce company). When Fedex did come around after calling them back and forth, the product came totally DAMAGED. I would never imagine delivering a $400+ desk in this condition. I didn't accept it and it never left the Fedex Truck. I never heard from Fedex and Flexispot on my Order. I reached out 3 days later to get an update and no one even knew what had happened. It was over two weeks since I NEEDED this desk. They said they'd send me a new desk through the Website Chat. I never got a confirmation email of this new delivery and after 3 more days, I cancelled my order and just repurchased a new desk hoping it would take faster time. NOW, I never got a cancellation receipt, I emailed order@ and contact@ - and called three times and NO ONE is available. I'm waiting 10 days and I will file a dispute but it's a SCAM Company. BEWARE.

Initially ordered a desk on 3/18/22 and was told it should arrive by the next Friday, 3/25/22. After finding out Flexispot messed up my address--delaying the order by several days--and resending them my apartment number, I only ever received the desk top...NO DESK LEGS INCLUDED. No screws, instructions, wood pins, etc. Nothing but the desk top. After calling back again, Flexispot said that 1) they hadn't updated the address slip on the leg package and 2) they couldn't locate the leg package in their system. Last week, they said they'd resend the package, yet I still haven't even gotten a tracking number for the shipment. I just called the customer service desk AGAIN--and they offered no solution nor explanation. I've since read reviews of this company and see that 1) inept shipping, 2) terrible customer service, 3) NO REFUNDS are kinda what they do. Extremely shady business practices. Save yourself time, money, and the headache of dealing with this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The desks are great! If only there were competent managers hired to actually move the products as quickly and precisely as possible. I ordered almost $800 worth of merchandise, expecting the delivery to take a week. It took three days for both parts of the desk to come. Cool! Not exactly...Missing from the delivery? The 16mm screws necessary to put the table top together. 1) Who made the decision to cut a desk top into three pieces?2) It is not impressive that you got me a desk in 2-3 days if I can't set it up and use. Just got off the phone with customer service. They're saying it's going to take 48 hours to process the request and another 5-6 business days to get $2 worth of screws and wood pins to put the damn thing together. And not a single word about the chair I ordered in over a week either...

The item description is misleading. The desk comes in two separate parts (which is not mentioned) and only one tracking number is provided. I received the table base and not the table top and the item is marked as delivered. I have been calling the customer service every day for 10 days to figure out when the desktop will arrive and have not received any feedback, updates or the table top to actually have a desk.

I recently ordered a standing desk from Flexispot directly. When I first ordered it, it came quickly and the desk is great. I would have rated them 5 stars. I have had a couple issues come since and their customer service needs serious improvement.I was not happy with the desktop color I ordered. I emailed them on Sunday night asking what my options were. They responded telling me I could order a new color and all I would have to do is pay the shipping charge. I thought that was fair and immediately replied I wanted to go that route. Two days later, I get an email from customer service telling me I have to call to process the transaction. It took me two days to get a rep on the phone. I kept calling and no one answered. It just rang until I got a busy signal. They don't even have a recording. When I finally got a rep on the phone, he charged my credit card but has yet to send me an email confirmation or tracking information. It's been a week since my initial email asking what my options were. They have my money but I have no confirmation number, no tracking number, and no desktop. I don't know when or if I will be getting it and they are slow to respond.It's a great desk and I would only recommend them if you never have to contact them. If you run into any issues, good luck. With that said, buyer beware.

They sent the table legs and no desktop. Two separate packages sent and only one tracking? Been waiting 3 months for the desktop and no one is answering my calls. I’m now trying to get a refund and they are refusing to refund me because they are saying the desktop has already shipped. But they’ve been saying that for over 6 weeks. I don’t think it’s been shipped at all because I would have received it by now. They also won’t provide me any tracking information for the desktop, am I supposed to believe it’s actually sent! I paid over $600 for this desk and I only have legs and no desktop?!?! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not give them any money! Scam scam scam!!!!

I just moved to working at home and this table is serving my needs perfectly. It doesn't have memory settings for the table height, but it does transition fairly smoothly and quickly as you press the buttons. Being able to convert from sitting to standing as necessary is great for a long day of work. I'll recommend their desks to others.

The customer service at this company is the worst to work with. All of the phone numbers goes directly to voicemail. Even the "personal lines" each representative gives you goes straight to voicemail. They will not call you unless you chat in and request a call from a supervisor. It just shows how they like to avoid conversations. I've returned my desk that I ordered from them weeks ago and have yet to receive my refund and they've been telling me their "Billing Department" is working on it. Literally the worst experience ever and I will never buy from them again. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a standing desk from FlexiSpot a while ago. I was not told it would be two tracking numbers, but it was. One tracking number said it arrived Sept. 1 (the bottom/mechanics) and the top was supposed to be received on sept. 7, but I only received the tabletop portion of the desk... not the bottom. I called customer service and they hung up on me. then the second time I called, It sounded like they were underwater, and then every time I called after that (approx. 15 times since Sept 7), it sent me to voicemail. I sent emails to the customer support, and it was sent back saying their mailbox was full. All I can say is that I am not sure what kind of scam this is, but I genuinely don't think it's a good idea to purchase anything from this website if you are hoping to 1. get the item you purchased, and 2. get a response from customer service.
