Ummm…are you guys ok? Lol. Did everyone walk out and quit? This was messiest store I’ve ever seen in my life. Most of the clothes were on the ground and not hung up! Couldn’t walk in the store without piles of clothes blocking the aisles. Only one employee doing nothing but talking on her phone. Stood at the counter for awhile and left with no one around. No customers in the store and mall wasn’t busy. Crazy!

They pretty much got rid of the men's section. It's a pile of clothes with no signage. Stick to the website!

Went to this store on a weekday. There wasnt anybody else except another consumer. Found a couple of items to try on and asked if I can go into the fitting room. I was told that the fitting room is only open from Friday to Sunday?!... I would have to purchase the item. Try it on at home then if it doesnt fit, bring it back and either get a refund or even exchange. Now, why would I even do all that inconvenience to just use the fitting room for 5 minutes? Unfortunately, i didnt buy anything and went else where. Management needs to re-address their rules or policy. Will be reaching out to their HQ to clarify their inconvenience rule.

There is about 30 ppl in line and only one register open smh this is not Ross it dds I know they have long lines but they also call the other employees to help out I went around looking for someone to help the one girl in the register some young kid working here told me it's the outlets it's always long lines I sure did tell him look I understand retail but there is only one person on the register maybe you can call two more ppl help get the line down

Got here a little past their opening hour (12pm) and the doors were locked. Called them and they said they'd open in about 30 min. I came back around 12:40 and the doors were still locked. I guess I just came on a bad day, but idk how they could open so late and still not be ready.I only came to this shopping mall for forever 21, and it was disappointing driving all that way for nothing. I'm sure this is just a coincidence, but I've never seen that happen before

Customer service is s**** I complained to customer service twice. They went MIA. Guess they don't believe in customer satisfaction which is the reason why their revenue is declining and so many stores closed. CA Consumer Law 1749.5 states if the balance on the store gift card is $10 or less the retailer is obligated to return the change in cash if the customer requests it. This has been in effect since '08. American Eagle returned my change when I contacted customer service. This retailer shows no respect to their customers. Their clothes are cheaply made, falls apart after one wearing, Won't return anymore as I value customer service and I refuse to be treated like s*** as they did to me. Their return policy sucks too, no returns without the receipt. Ross, H & M, Macy's, even See's Candies accept returns without receipts. It's their loss not mine. Wait til their revenue plunges and they're be more stores closing. Guess they don't see the connection.

Long story short, I needed a last minute outfit to wear for a party this weekend. I ordered a cute two piece set and paid extra for next day shipping so I would definitely have it time for my event. Due to the hurricane and Labor Day, my "next day" delivery ended up being not until next week... I was so upset. Luckily the customer support agent I was talking this matter with mentioned that this particular outfit may be available close to me. To my surprise there was a store that had it just a little over 40 mins away! I quickly called and the woman who answered the phone was so patient and understanding. After some searching she was able to find it and put it on hold for me until I could pick it up later. She saved the day! Thank you so much Cindy! Her manager Joey was super accommodating as well. I appreciate them going above and beyond and setting a perfect example of outstanding customer service.

Have been to this store several times. The staff is rude. On three occasions they have closed the door and don't let customers in 15 minutes before the listed closing time. So many others have had the same complaints. Hopefully Corporate Management looks into this because the girls at the door say "it's what our manage says" Seen so many customers turned away before they actually close. Very bad services

I thought all F21 stores permanently closed - or maybe I thought that since all the ones near home have gone kaput - so it was kind of a delight finding one here. I will admit I used to love this store from eons ago but they kinda got off my radar as I got older simply because they no longer catered to people my age... I guess...? But anyway, I came through just to browse (and maybe nostalgia played a role, I'm not really sure.) I didn't expect to see or find anything I maybe interested in. But I got lucky and found a few accessories for bargain buys. ($1 gloves, $3 head gear, etc..) Didn't really interact with staff other than the cashier. Friendly and service with a smile, I'll give 'em that. They are still popular, though. There was a decent amount of people with more than a handful of items to buy. I may just stop by again next time...
