Beware: if you pay with cash, you cannot get cash back if you return the item (even with a valid receipt).
I purchased a SD card at another GameStop location yesterday for $12.99 with cash, but didn’t end up needing it. I went to this GameStop location to return the item today (less than 24hrs) and was told I couldn’t receive cash back for my return. I was only offered in-store gift card or a visa prepaid card. I told them I wanted cash back, but they refused saying they didn’t have enough money in their register. I could understand if my purchase was $50 or more, but I didn’t want a prepaid gift card that has its own additional fees for $12.99, nor did I want a store gift card as I do not normally shop at GameStop. There was nothing posted at the register nor on the receipt about this cash return policy. On top of that, they required my full address for the return….mind you I had my receipt and the item was unopened. I found that to be very odd and invasive. Overall a bad experience, but I’m posting to warn others who shop with cash!

Brian is awesome!! My husband and I went in to the shop looking for a Mario Kart game for PS4, which doesn't exist for that gaming console lol but us not knowing better had no idea, anyway, Brian was in and he gave us the proper education and guided us towards the system we needed to play that game. Well, I had not considered a Nintendo Switch at all before this and had to go home to study them a little. By that evening I was sold, went back the next day and Brian was thankfully working! He got us the Switch OLED and we picked up a few games (including Mario Kart!) We have played it every day since, such a fun together activity Thank you Brian! Your knowledge, kindness and patience was so appreciated!!

I never write a bad review unless I'm given a reason to. The employees were rude with bad attitudes and before I even approached the counter for check out, they rudely talked about a previous customer, saying "the fat lady with her son". Owner/s or management need to retrain them in customer service.

Hours on Apple Maps and Google maps says they're open till 9 PM every night. I rode my bike all the way down here to find out that they are closed and Apple Maps was way off so hopefully somebody is smart and check yelp before coming out here and wasting gas, or like me riding a bike this late at night.

I went twice here for Pokemon Cards. Both times, the store was clean, organized and the staff were EXTREMELY patient and helpful. I say patient because it was my 1st time buying cards since the 90's AND specific card packs were on sale. They were also very friendly. They were also fulfullung specific orders to accommodate nearby gamestop stores just because a customer didnt want to drive to them. Honestly a 5 star team. My 2nd visit, I walked out with Pokemon Cards, a new Gamestop Bag, and an Ironman Infinity Gauntlet to display at home. Nothing really wrong with gamestops ive visited, just be more like these guys!
