Gap Factory offers great deals on classic styles. The store is well-organized with a good selection of clothing for all ages. Staff are friendly and helpful, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Perfect spot for finding quality basics at outlet prices!

Gap Factory is the outlet shop in the San Francisco outlets. The day I dropped in (which was a Friday), there was 40% off. But the retail price point to begin with seemed high yo me for the quality of the items. The pricing, to me, did not compare to the quality. For those prices, going to a retail Gap for better quality may be the better investment.
But if GAP is your brand, it is worth checking out if you find yourself at the SF outlets.
However, the shop was clean, neatly organized.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the GAP Factory Store. After purchasing a pair of jeans, I realized they forgot to remove the security tag. When I returned to the store, instead of offering any assistance, they asked me to stand in line again as if I was making a new purchase. The manager, in particular, was shockingly rude and unhelpful, showing zero understanding or willingness to resolve the issue. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and it was completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I bought a Heritage GAP Zip Sweater from this factory store. It was $25, original was $50, so 50%, ain't bad of the discount at an outlet shopping mall. I came on a Friday and was somewhat busy. Bunch of clothing options to buy from the Gap brand. But overall this is one of my favorite shopping malls in the SF Bay Area

Not at all family friendly!! Arrogance at its peak. Today Me and family (wife and 3 kids) visited this outlet. My little girl and me was tired and we found a space near to a display bench and we were sitting there. One of the staff told us to stand up and told us not to sit there, I suggested the staff, kindly to put some seats for the tired customers and try to pass this message to your management or boss. Then another staff who is kind enough and considered customers as human and offered the high chair for me and daughter, of course I am impressed and congratulated for her good work. Then after 3 minutes her manager came to told me to stood up from the chair and explained about Californian law that I am not supposed to sit there in a high chair. I got insulted in-front my family and other customers. At the end while paying the bill of $143 dollar bill I expressed my concern that I got insulted. The cashier smiled at me. Ohh Jesus what kind of world we are living. Seriously these guys need training and Manager needs serious training. Me and family are a long time users of GAP and trusted this brand for the real time experience we visited this outlet and received this type of customer experience. I remember all the staffs name but I don’t want to name them in this platform. Kudos to the staff who offered me the chair. Seriously GAP management should consider the ergonomics of the customers and there is lots of empty space in the outlet where they can install one or two benches where tired customers can sit.
