I’m in PA, ordering for the first time. The pinot noir must arrived 5 days after the order was placed in good shape. It was partially thawed but that makes sense with a 5 day journey. I have no experience with this but the grapes looked good. The MOG was less than I expected. I will order again soon!

Was there additive kit supposed to be shipped with the 6-gallon buckets of juice?

I placed an order on 8/29. Notified it was shipped on 9/9 and I would get to me on 9/12. UPS reported it was damaged and filed a claim. I emailed Grapes for wine that night to ask what was being done. Got a response within an hour saying they would reship. Sent it on the and got it in good condition yesterday the 18th.
