My experience has been amazing. I received instant confirmation. I ordered over the weekend and received by Wednesday. Not even 3 business days. The product was very reasonable and quality great. Other sites with bad reviews wanted double for a third of the product. Very happy.

Another order just placed with HardyPaw.
HardyPaw are always my go-to for any of my doggy needs. I get everything from these guys, dog food, health and wellbeing supplies, supplements, Rx medications, wormers, grooming supplies etc. These guys have it all. I emailed one time to ask if they had a product available that was not showing on their store, they didn't, but they got it in for me the very next day, at a lower price than anywhere else. You can't ask for more than that!
I have made numerous orders over the last few years and never had an issue. If I have had to call or email, my questions have always been answered in a timely manner and by very polite, and knowledgeable staff.
I would recommend HardyPaw to anyone, and most of my doggy owner friends now happily use HardyPaw. I guarantee, once you use them, they will be your first stop in future.

Excellent customer service, our cats meds were on back order from almost every pet meds place. They were transparent within 24 hours of my ordering that they expect it to be back in stock in 2-3 weeks. When it wasn’t, they immediately reached out to me to let me know and even offered to ask my vet if they would approve a different dosage all the while staying in contact with me.

My dog has complicated health issues. Hardy Paws has always had the meds we needed in stock and at a fair price point. They are quick to ship as well, often within a few hours of placing the order. They offer generous discounts when the meds are just so expensive. One time, the meds looked to be damaged and expanded in their pill packet. I contacted Hardy Paws who checked into the matter thoroughly by taking down the lot number, etc. they then replaced the meds, even the portion that was used and appeared to be undamaged. They are my first stop when ordering my baby’s meds.

I purchased a gallon size of MeconaHex +triz shampoo from here for $288. They didn’t send me that I ordered and paid for. Instead they sent me a gallon of a different shampoo they sell for $116 and did not refund me the $172 difference.
Substituting a product without asking if the buyer wants a substitute is bad enough. But substituting the item and pocketing the difference, especially one this large, is beyond unacceptable. Their website still shows they have the shampoo I paid for in stock.
