I'm kinda peeved tbh~ $500 charged for this ... typical hairstylists taking advantage of my already natural color as a redhead and long hair and claiming it to be their own. Chyeanne took several photos of me and rushed me out the door while charging me $500 I politely let the receptionist know I'll never be returning again. I honestly could have done these highlights and trim myself, which I will next time. sorry but this was my 2nd visit and still sub par for how much she charges... I can go to super cuts and will save the money instead of paying half her rent, thank you.

This review is for Violet. From the start of the consultation process to actually doing my hair i am ecstatic. I was told previously by another stylist at a different salon that my hair had to wait months before it was safe to touch or that so much of it needed to be cut off sadly and thats with a major event coming up..I didnt give up hope and heard of Violet through a friend of a friend. Went in on a morning during the week and thankfully is super close to my job. Parking is conveniently across the street in a parking garage and free. Violet was very realistic based off my inspo pics to get blonde highlights (almost ash blonde). Initially let me know my goal would take a few sessions to achieve considering I had dark brown hair with red tones that were gonna be tricky to lift. I told her i was okay with at least lifting to a caramel color. Her demeanor was very sweet and she told me the complete opposite about how my hair was definitely okay to work with and YES i did need moisture but all is possible with masks & future care. Booked her immediately after our consultation in the parking lot almost a month in advanced. Fast forward to today , during the lifting process she realized could go lighter (what i initially wanted) We were able to achieve inspo pics without so much damage or cutting of my hair! She made sure I was okay throughout process. Simple things such as "am i pulling your hair? is the water okay or too hot?" I have gotten so many compliments and its only been a few hours. She really took care of me and my hair and revamped it completely. I am SO happy and I recommended her to a few people already. Thanks Violet!

This place is amazing, I love how they offer all kinds of beverages including wine. My hair stylist Catalina never does me wrong I always leave out with a smile and she always make me look & feel good! Thank you for the love and new hair styles & color

Easy to find and so beautiful once you arrive. The ladies that greeted me at the front desk were super welcoming and I felt taken care of right away.My hairstylist, Jenny, was amazing. She was a great listener and I felt like I was heard and understood with what I was looking for in my haircut and she delivered.Looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful salon. Feels like you're in Beverly Hills! Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Stylist are highly skilled and very current with styling. And stylist really listen to what your needs are. Love this salon!!

If you are looking for a pampering, luxurious experience look no further than L'evation salon! I had the pleasure of working with Juscill Madriaga who is AMAZING! She is extremely personable, professional, and highly skilled in her craft. I have very thin black hair at baseline and I asked for brightness, dimension, and volume with our cut and color session. The end result was truly what I wanted but infinitely times better! Thank you Juscill- I can't wait to go back for my next session!

First time here. Appointment was easy to make online. Plenty of parking available across the street. The salon is located on the 2nd floor. I was greeted by the receptionist and she offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for the hair stylist - Jenny. She is friendly and listened to my needs. Jenny did a great job and I will definitely come back.

I absolutely love this salon and everybody is so nice and welcoming every time I go in (which is pretty much monthly). But I have to give a shout out to my favorite hair stylist ever, Violet. She is amazing. She's a good listener, understanding, and super personable. Whenever I'm due for a trim, I get a little anxiety about it because I've always had long hair and start to freak out when I have to cut it. But Violet always assures me that she will only cut off what I want and truly makes me feel better about it. She's also very knowledgeable and I always trust her recommendations. Thank you, Violet!

I love Cheyenne!!!! She is best hairstylist I've had the pleasure of working with in Livermore. I have troubling communicating my ideas or vision for my hair and somehow she cuts and styles it better than I could have imagined. The salon atmosphere is amazing, I have been coming to Catalina for years and she always gets exactly what I want! She is professional and super sweet. Expert at color and cut! I've had a stylist cut my hair before but nothing like Isabella's work! When I saw her clients photos on instagram I knew I could trust her! I asked for curtain bangs with layers and she gave me the perfect cut! I got so many compliments and she truly took her time and cared for my hair. I had my baby with me and she was super accommodating . Loved the welcoming feeling and the way my hair looks! I will be back here . Thank you

I called to schedule and appointment for my 11 year old daughter and I believe it was Lindsey who I spoke with twice who answered and scheduled the appointment over the phone explained I was out of state and asked how much for my daughter to come in (if her father brings her) I did reschedule about ten mins after calling based on schedule, I asked her how much it would cost and she told me $195 this doesn't include cut (but highlights and style) perfect right in my budget especially for a young pre teen. I let her know that I put my card on file to charge and she said if they weren't able to charge the card that I can contact them the day of the services and they can do the charge over the phone. My daughters hair is very thin and it is already naturally highlighted she's never had any color in it before this would be a very simple process I get my hair done on a regular basis I don't pay any more than two 5300 max with cut and full color highlights. After four hours and leaving the salon with her father he informed me that they charge the car $350 plus a tip. I was pretty livid I tried contacting the company however they are now closed because it's Saturday evening I was originally told to hair would take 2-3 hours. I left a detailed message and I tried texting the number back with no response they are not open until Tuesday I am going to contact my bank and let them know I was told it would be $195 here's the before and after picture of my daughters hair although the hair looks great and she's happy I'm not happy about the price that I was quoted versus the price that was charged for hair it is very thin.
