For starters, our 11-dollar sundae was a TERRIBLY tiny serving, and it was served in a small dinky plastic cup. After we walked in, an old couple came in for a date and were immediately told they had to leave within 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. There was no greeting, no hello, no thank you. You would think an establishment that charges 11 dollars for a prison-sized serving of ice cream would at least have a warm environment. Not to mention there are no free samples, and you can't even see the ice cream behind the glass! Absolutely don't recommend, save your money and go get a 3 dollar sundae from McDonald's. :)

Save yourself some money.! I ordered the almond joy. It lacked creaminess that one would expect from even cheap ice cream. It had an ice like texture, almost a sandy grittiness. No wonder they don't offer samples. Maybe I would have went elsewhere if I would've known how bad ice cream could be .

Yum!!! The Livermore Loard's location has been around for a while now and we love visiting when we're in a "sundae mood". The ice cream parlor is decorated cute and feels like you're transported into an old school dinner. The service is always awesome, and the ladies who run the shop are always kind. They have a lot of different ice cream flavors, toppings, and sundae options for you to choose from. Most recently my husband got the brownie sundae and I got the banana sundae. Both were fantastic! Highly recommend visiting!

Literally signs with rules everywhere. Felt very unwelcoming. $10 minimum with debit. Even with $7 for two scoops it was like ok, we will pay the fee just to go. Wasn't anything to write home about. Ice cream is ice cream.

SO delicious ice cream, many flavors (classics plus unique combos), crispy cones, specialty candies, good prices! Cute larger inside space with retro booths and tables, and always clean. Staff is nice and offer quick service.

Came from Tracy to try the ice cream with my kid, terrible experience, lady at the counter was rude, and the only communication she had was “ummm ummm” and mumbling when asked to add toppings for my kid, looking funny at my wife and mumbling like this was the first time she saw South Asian person.. won’t recommend and won’t return

Ice cream is delicious, but like everywhere, they make you pay more, and give you less. I ordered a small ice cream, they half fill the cup which is very small, and actually have a tip cup on the counter. Sorry the price takes from the tip

Walked in with our whole family of 12 and wasn't greeted at all. The lady just stood there looking at us, waiting for us to order. We were all pretty disappointed that they do not offer samples which makes it harder to chose with all of the flavors they have. In the end I decided to go with the the peanut crunch sundae. It sounded good and I was in the mood for peanut butter. When my sundae arrived to our table, the presentation was nice but once I dipped my spoon in, the ice cream was melted. Not sure if the hot fudge melted the ice cream or she just had my sundae sitting out while she made my husbands brownie sundae but all I can say it was a major disappointment. It was like eating chocolate peanut butter soup. But at least everyone else enjoyed what they got. my nephew got the horchata ice cream. That was the best flavor in my opinion. The place is cute and brings you back to the old days with its decor. But I can honestly say that I probably would never come back.
