Staff was just at the desk doing nothing or they would just fix tables completely ignoring customers. They didn't even try to find a size just said everything they have is out. Customer service was terrible. The clothing felt very cheap and stitching isn't great.

As soon as I entered the store I started being followed around by the staff. In retaliation I started to follow them back since they wanted to be so close to me. I saw a "mom" with a stroller who was not being followed and she ended up taking two shirts without paying, they should have followed her around the store. Will not return and will contact the district manager about this.

This store is horrible in terms of customer service. I want to specify the employee as "South Indian" because she refused to give me her name when I wanted to complain about her. As I was returning my clothes to her she demanded that I help her put away the clothes because the store didn't hAve enough staff and had the audacity to tell me that it wasn't her job to put the clothes away! When I told her she was unprofessional she told me that the clothes were expensive! She gave me all the lame reasons about not doing her job correctly. This woman didn't want to do her job and should be fired right away! Loft is a great place to shop! I hope they don't hire such people as they are ruining customer experience!

Terrible customer service ! The manager is dishonest in her dealings . I went in to return an item today and the manager refuses to do it stating it's been over a month . I told them that the holiday policy stated that returns could be done over a two month period . She kept insisting that was not the case and I had to make her read the receipt which stated the policy . Please train yourself better if you are going to manage a place

This location has friendly service and was very clean during out visit. We were able to find some great deals during our trip. The 2 sales people that offered us help were very friendly. The store did a great job at making us feel welcome and safe during covid.

Giving this store 3 's. They have good colors and designs this year. I am actually a big fan of Loft. Even have a Loft card however just a feedback, the store smells weird. Pretty consistent with other stores too. Had to end my shopping short because i and my daughter am feeling nauseated even with the mask on. Just a feedback and i hope you can start a survey or something to see if we are the only ones. Who knows maybe you are loosing potential sales because of this.

Today was the first time I've ever stepped into a Loft store. Their clothes are sooo cute that I wonder why I haven't discovered it before now! They are a little more casual than Ann Taylor yet have the same high quality. I had gone into Ann Taylor first. Sheryl helped ring me up there. When I walked into Loft I saw her there! She helped me pick out really super nice outfits and accessories too! She suggested a denim jacket, which I would have never considered. It looked soo great with the outfit but they didn't have it in my size. Sheryl brought a different color in my size so I could decide if I liked the fit. (Smart thinking) I did and she ordered it to be shipped to my house, free of cost. I walked out super happy with the service they provided and with my purchases. This is now one of my favorite stores and I will definitely be back soon!

Quick take: good customer service I stopped by to buy some new work clothes. All the sales associates were super friendly and helpful on the day I shopped. I had a very good experience. One associate helped me out with sizing. Another associate set up my dressing room. Lastly, the third associate rang me up. Very, very pleasant shopping experience. I was there on a late Monday morning.

I prefer the Loft outlet in Gilroy to this and I buy almost all my clothes at Loft outlet. Always check your receipt to see if there are no mistakes in the charges.
