  Pilates PLUS Physical Therapy! I found out about this place from a friend because I was needing some help with hip alignment, and after seeing several physical therapists (who didn't really help) I came to Teri and WOW; her one-on-one training is like having a physical therapist who helps by way of Pilates.

  I have been practicing pilates with Terri for nearly five years. Terri and her co-instructor, Heidi, are an amazing pilates team and do a good job making each class unique with a new mix of pilates exercises. The studio is beautiful and inspirational. For beginners, I strongly recommend trying at least five classes before deciding whether or not this studio is a good match for you.
