The products are in poor quality. The bag peels off after being used only a few times. Items packed inside the bag can easily fall out, it’s simply poorly designed! The belt cannot be drilled and the service is poor. Flashy store!

Very poor experience at the cashiers, don’t want to mention the lady’s name, purchased 4 items and asking for an extra shopping bag because one item will be a gift to someone where they told they are short on bags and denied the request, asked if I go with separate transactions you’ll need to to provide bags is that true? Answered yes then I said can you please just offer me an extra bag, finally and very unwillingly the lady offered a paper bag and the following up customer experience is extremely awful, the lady basically won’t say a single extra word to us, we waited there for couple mins waiting for completing the purchase she just basically standing there looking upon at us, I at the end have to ask “are we done?” Just got a very cold reply “receipt is already in your bag”. This is how you are ruining your brand MK
Update: call the shop and spoke with the site manager who basically has the same attitude, that may explain why their crew are so rude, I’m done with this place and recommend other shoppers to be aware
