“Well, today 11/29/2023 4:45 pm I had a fast and friendly customer service. Than you for the good employees who gives this help. So bad that for few bad employees this store gets bad reviews (see my experience below). Congratulations for the good associates. Bad Service or should I say No Service at all at Customer Service. I just wanted return a ketchup and the cashier lady call by microphone request someone to show up at customer service to meet me there. But I was waiting and waiting and waiting (see lucky's cam video by 4:50 pm) and no one show up. 11/27/2023 4:50 PM. Conclusion: you are "lucky" if you get good service. I had it before, no today. I will go again tomorrow and see if someone shows up.”

“Staff are so helpful and nice. I went in there recently to grab some snacks since I'll be working from home the next few days, a nice little lady named Joanne asked if I have a membership card because the candy sale is $2 for 2 etc. She saw that I had quite a bit in my basket lol, she mentioned signing up for a card is very easy and fast so I decided to do so. All because of the customer service. Keep it up staff! I also ended up buying a squishmallow chameleon plush since my daughter collects these and she didn't have this particular one.”
