They were honest and thorough enough to catch that I needed a new belt which they showed me. They could have ignored it on a hot Saturday afternoon and let me break down, but they didn't! “Quicklane review.

Thank you to Erik G. And the Tech that worked on my vehicle.

I brought my car in for an oil change and after checking my brakes they recommended replacing the rear brakes. Trying to save some money I checked with my local tire shop and they quoted me about $110 less.

I brought the car over to the tire shop and they claimed that Quicklane over torqued my lugs and they could not remove my wheels. They sent me back to the quicklane to have the wheels torqued to spec and “have them replace the lugs if they break”

I drove back to quicklane and Erik greeted me to see why I had returned. I explained what the local tire shop had said and he assured me they do not over torque. Not only that he had the Tech come out and loosen and retorque the lugs to spec.

The tech was able to loosen them easily and not a single lug ‘broke off’,’ as the local tire guy said it would. I really appreciate Erik and the Tech showing me rather than just telling me that the tire guys was wrong.

Will be returning to have my Brakes done at the Quicklane Tomorrow thanks to Erik and the Tech.”

“UPDATE: Haven't moved yet, and my transmission went out on my 2014 AT4 and I am so glad to have Peterson Automotive and Tire replace it. Any transmission will be costly, but more important to me is the quality of the work and the way the shop stands behind their work. I would never hesitate to have them work on my truck, and they have installed several aftermarket items on the vehicle for me.
Runs great, but that is expected from this amazing place.

I regret that I may be moving from the Bay Area, especially after finding such a great repair place as Peterson. Ever since I found them a few years back, I and my son, have taken our trucks here for all of our maintenance as well as modifications for our trucks. The work is always outstanding and done with a level of integrity that is hard to find these days. Today the changed out my PCV valve (I was burning oil) and while in there, noticed my throttle body was dirty and cleaned it out at no charge.
Also, while I was there, a man came in that had air bags installed by another vendor that were both installed wrong and failing. I am sorry he had to find out the hard way, but very happy that he found Peterson who will do the work right the first time.
Car or truck, Peterson is the only place you should go to for professional mechanical work and tires.”
