Been a customer at this location for many years without any issues. In fact, I normally get excellent customer service which is the primary reason why I keep coming back. FYI - Employee "Ryan" needs some more training. I just spent five minutes standing in line with nobody else was around while he was playing on his smart phone behind the counter. I finally asked him "are you working the register" and his response was, "yeah". He finally rang me up for 4 quarts of Lucas, racing oil and he didn't even ask me for my phone number to enter it in the computer. Please address this issue. Thank you, Robert

The two old men who are probably the managers here are very friendly. I pulled in late in the evening because of a tire pressure light and when they saw me park in front of the store and was checking my tires they came outside right away and asked if everything's alright whether I need snow chains or a tire change. Overall good service and friendly, I didn't even have to walk inside the store to get it checked out. Turns out nothing wrong with the tires they inspected it and said it's probably a dirty tire pressure sensor due to the mud and rain.

I needed a new battery for my key fob and asked for a battery test for my car battery. The Indian guy there (didn’t get his name because he had a jacket on), pried open my key fob with a big screwdriver because he couldn’t find the proper tool, put a new battery, came outside to test the car battery. He put the cables on wrong but got it right and said it was good. I went to start my car, it didn’t work. He said, “Oh well something else must be wrong it’s not the key and walked away back inside!” 20 mikes later went back in and told him to open it again and if he can check to see if battery was upside down (since he had cables backwards). After prying it open again with a big screwdriver, he said no it’s right. I went back in a 3rd time and that guy was gone but there was a Mexican guy (again didn’t see his name jacket and all) he was nicer and said he had the same car and same key fob issue and checked the battery said it was right the way it was and it was hard for him to snap it close kept trying to force it close. I said well the other guy kept prying it open. He said the motherboard could be damaged!!! I’m like, “ I drove here with the key I don’t understand, it was slow to open the car and I needed a battery!!!! It’s been 2 and a half hours sitting outside of O’reilly, the indian guy stood on the inside looking at me or walking past me pacing outside, didn’t say nothing, waiting on a locksmith to come program me another key, really late for work, I’m livid! I go back in one more time and there’s a young guy named Frankie. I ask where that guy was and asked for my old battery, he was looking for it but then asked what happened, I told him. He brought the proper tool to open the keyfob easily, checked the battery and prongs and the FRICKIN FRACKIN BATTERY WAS BACKWARDS AND HAD DIRT!!!!!! He blew it out said it probably didn’t close right because the piece of dirt didn’t allow the battery to be flush. He put it together no struggle!!!! I went outside and cheeeeehuuuuu right outside store doors I pressed it and it went beep! Beep! I went back in and Frankie was by the door asked if it was good I shook his hand I wanted to hug him and cry and thanked him!!! 3 hours later fraaaaack!!!!!!!!!!If people come to auto parts store, you’re the subject matter expert I’m relying on to help me out. If you don’t know ASK SOMEONE WHO DOES!!!! Don’t lie and act like you know!! I was about to pay $400 to the locksmith guy to reprogram my keys if that didn’t work tow it to mechanic shop….I GIVE FRANKIE 5 STARS! I suggest training or testing for staff to know how to test and change keyfob and car batteries. Hell I would attend!

Not a large store, but they seem to have what you need. The loaner tool selection leaves one lacking. But the do try.
