I drove here across the bridge to be given the most condescending customer service by salesperson 648551 on 12/21/2023 at 11:32 am. When I first walked in I was not greeted. I asked a young g asian woman about a sale they had going on she was helpful. I got my things and got to the register and pulled out my phone to price match the t shirts that I chosen. The sales person above quietly said something to her manager. Instead of the manager looking toward my direction and informing me of her made up policy salesperson 648551 stated "we don't price match". It threw me off because I've spoken to the manager in Hillsdale who stated she didn't understand why they couldn't and even went as far as looking up the items I wanted to see if their store had it in stock so I could purchase their. So, as I begin to ask more of where it states that they don't price match sales person 648551 stated "maybe they've done it at their store, but we don't do that here". I continued and just purchase the buy one get three free. I came to my car and placed an order for same day pick up. I went back in the store and seen employees doing go backs prior to that the manager can be seen on camera leaning on the counter on her phone. The manager with the purple sweater states it may take days for the order or "maybe tomorrow". It's was horrible it's was an experience that I'll never forget. As I asked questions her answer were like a dead end. She basically made up a rule because she didn't want to accommodate what other Pacsun stores do. It seems to be a lazy and unkind way to treat a customer. I ask if I could get her name. She stated that she couldn't give it to me or any of her employees. I ask so "If I want to provide how my experience was how will anyone know who it was with? Do I just mention a date and time?". The manager stated "if you want". They all were pretty much falling in line with her and just walking and starring. it was the most uncomfortable, disgusting experience I've had with associates who are suppose to exemplify customer assistance for the people wanting to shop there. This is the only Pacsun I've ever had an issue with. I've had gotten an item price matched in daly city with no issues. The manager I believe name was Bri at the time hadn't given me any problems. It just sucks how associates can turn a store that employs them into their own space where they create rules that are not written or stated on the company website. Do better Pacsun in Livermore. Retrain associates who have "nice nasty" condescending attitude. It sucks to travel this far and be treated by these teenager in such an unprofessional manner. I never seen a "Manager" create her own rules. Not to mention the store was not busy at all. Hopefully corporate pulls the camera and see associate google eyeing customers, pretending to do go backs, laying across/bent over the counter on the phone. Came in on 11-7 at like 6:30. Instantly I’m greeted by two eyes just starring down on me with a horrible look like as if I did something wrong. Then I go to ask if I can return an item and with a blank face they say yes which is fine whatever. Then the two employees examine the clothing item for like 10 minutes and converse with each other that the tag looks off. Which I understand but they take like 10 minutes examining when I still have the tag on the item I clearly have the receipt. Like what else do you need. I completely understand caution but it was ridiculous and the whole time they were being rude especially the young lady with curly hair. I understand we all have bad days but it’s never ok to take it out on customers. Service like that and attitude like that will never get you far. I hope you guys send a district manager to look after their performance and keep them on their heels. I will never shop at this location again and highly encourage people to think twice when shopping there. Just negative interactions waiting to happen. I’ve had friends complain about them in the past and never thought much about it till they treated me this poorly to see what they are talking about.

Bad customer service! They closed all the fitting rooms. One is open, with a handicap sign. They dont let anybody else use it. They said nobody can use the fitting room unless you are handicap. What clothing store doesnt have a fitting room?

Closed early. Arrived at the store at 6:35, online it says they close at 7, had a sign on the door saying closing at 6:30. I drove 40 mins from Hayward to return an online order. Annoyed I will have to drive back with expensive gas.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this store, especially by the employees Lauren and Kelsey. They were so enthusiastic and patient. I accidentally knocked over a giant rack and instead of yelling at me or getting upset, they calmed me down and reassured me everything is okay. I have social anxiety and often get panic attacks, so their kindness and understanding really made me feel so much better. They made a situation that could have been panic inducing for me so much more comfortable. 10/10 service. They deserve a raise.

Very upset by PacSuns customer service, and the way they handled my order. Feels like nobody is truly in charge of this. Every customer service rep I spoke to regarding my order had little to no answers. When I’d ask more about my order some would get upset by their tone. Very upset and unhappy about this first and last order I had with PacSun. Wish I can get the hat I ordered but oh well. That’s what happens when you have poor management.

Got to the store at 7:48 pm. My daughter just needed to buy something quickly, but the salesperson wouldn't let us in even with 12 minutes left. There were a few other people who wanted to go in. Store closes at 8 pm. I guess they are making enough money during Covid times to not want to keep the doors open during business hours on a weekend. I wonder if corporate office is good with this.

Sales representative Nick was very attentive and helpful! He should get a raise. They also took proper precautions for COVID-19 and only allowed a small number of people in their store at one time to ensure social distancing (unlike some other stores at the Livermore outlets), that's a company that cares about the health of their employees and community if you ask me.

OMG worst experience ever. They are ridiculous! Ok so we had to wait almost an hour (54 minutes) in line for a return. They were only allowing 5 people in the store. Come on. 5? There were at least 5 employees standing around doing nothing. They could have stepped outside and let customers in. It is not that small of a store. I have a classroom smaller than that with 25 kids and me. Ridiculous. I asked it we really had to stand in line for a return when the cashier was just standing there. The guy said yes and closed the door. I stared in the store at the employees folding the same pants that someone had just folded, straightening the line of pants that someone had just straightened, and trying to act busy. Just step outside and let a customer in! I was about to lose my mind. This was on Friday 7/31/2020 at 5:00-5:58 so please talk to your employees. If they are just standing around, let a customer come in. So we FINALLY got in after 54 minutes, well my daughter, I didn't want to take up a valuable space. She took 4 minutes to return her pants. 4 minutes! We waited 54! It would have been faster but for some reason the girl made her become a member of something so that the return could happen. I'm still made over 24 hours later at the ineptitude of the situation. I am all for safety. Don't get me wrong but to have a 5 person limit but have over 5 employees, 4 of which are straightening the same items over and over? It makes absolutely no sense. Plus there are smaller stores that let more people in. Avoid Pac Sun at all costs during this pandemic.

Inconsiderate workers and don't care about people's time. Had my own experience here. I totally understand why people gave bad reviews here. The workers had us wait in line for over 20 minutes and we all assumed we'll be able to go in. But at 6:45 they just told us that they won't let people in anymore. There's about 15 people ahead of us who also waited longer. It would be nice for the workers to let people know ahead of time so they don't waste their time waiting and not being able to get in the store. We all thought they would tell people at 6:45 that no more line and identify the last person in line that can go in.

I don't usually write reviews but the service was TERRIBLE! I bought a dress here for my daughter and they left the security tag on it! Now i have to go back to the outlets and get it removed.

Horrible and deceptive, went in there to buy presents for nieces and nephew and was told I have to give an email address or the gifts can’t be returned by the receiver. Told him that is what gift receipts are for and don’t lie to me about how emails are mandatory. Then he backed down. Crooked sales people ruin the experience.
