I like the Polo Ralph Lauren brand’s clothing. Their outlet store in San Francisco Premium Outlets offers better prices than retail stores. However, they have many items made for the outlets only. They may or may not be the same quality as those in the retail stores. The workers in this outlet store are not as helpful as the retail stores; they're not as attentive as the other Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Stores in the other cities I have shopped in. It may be because they are too busy!

The stuff over here are not well trained,they keep messing up my orders, there are 3 problem. I end up pay for an item that is no my size can because they scan the wrong bar code it can not be returned. And I get an dirty sweater and need to come back to exchange and end out return the item because they tell me no more and I did actually see the item on shelves but they said can not offered me the same discount……. And the third item they over changed me while I go back home and find out the receipt is not right. I pretty doubt that they overcharged in the previous order too, cuz I got couple item and did not check the receipt…..

Well received by staff and found my gift hoodies with sizes and colors sought. If desired selection not available, staff accommodated requests and a week later, I received via mail/UPS clothing serving as gifts not available within the store.

I got a purse 2 months ago, and it broke for no reason. Went to the store at Livermore outlet and the manager Israel Hernandez was very rude, and unaccommodating. I used to buy from Ralph Lauren paying the extra money thinking I'm getting a quality item. Apparently it's a bad quality and a very very bad customer service. So disappointed

I had a good shopping experience here. The guy at the polo wall helped me find the right sizing and answer a few questions about sales. He took his time to provide me with clear and patient service.

Last weekend, I took my family to the Livermore Outlet, which is a place we visit often!!! I made my way to the Polo Store and was greeted immediately!!!
The store was very clean and organized!!! There were employees everywhere assisting customers and in between times, they were keeping clothes front faced and organized!!! This makes for an easier shopping experience and even easier when the employees pull your sizes for you!!!
Overall, I really like this store!!! They have good prices and great Customer Service!!! The attached photos are from one of the many outfits I purchased!!! ???
