We came here to dump our Motorhome and the lady was very nice. The dump site was simple to get to we are 43ft.
You literally sign one form and yes they take copy of your ins to protect their other customers property that are stored at the facility. Cost was $30 which is a little higher but for me convenience made it worth a few more bucks.
Thank you for making it easy!

I went to use their dump station which was recommended in other reviews. It was the last opportunity for us before returning a rented RV. They charged us 30 dollars. On top of that I had to fill in multiple forms, had to show my driving licence and present the contract with the renting company. If I had known about the rip-off charge, I definitely would have gone to a different place.

Super friendly! Stopped to dump on our way out of town, due to Verizon outage there's no service and he gave me the wifi to use while here.

150 miles from home at the start of a 2wk fishing trip my 26yrold travel trailer breaks a spring at 11:30pm. I limp it 3 miles to Pro Trucks and crash until the morning. Dan roles in at early (8:30). Grabs a tape measure and starts trying to figure out what I have. He tells me they can get it done if we can find the right springs. A couple hours of phone calls finds me somebody over in Oakland who can get me all 4 (it's a tandem axle) plus hardware that day. I shag the parts while Dan and his two guys tear the old ones out. I am on the road by 4:30pm.
They didn't need to prioritize my trailer or work with me to find sources for my older rig but they did. They quoted me a totally reasonable charge (I've replaced my utility trailer axle before and done springs on my jeep so I know what it takes). Friendly, helpful, and they saved my trip. They totally deserve 5 stars.

Great service! Stopped by for their RV dump station services. The two ladies working in the office, Susan and Emily are really nice and helpful. Our gray water pull got stuck and they let me use their WD-40 to unstick the pull. Thanks again Susan and Emily!

Love Pro Trucks!! Matt and Emily are the best. We are fairly new rv'ers (7years). Their advice, support and excellent service have really saved our butts! We trust them completely and highly recommend them.

Matt was very helpful in helping my husband and I fix the vinyl strip that detached from the front section on our RV on short notice. I'm rating this business 5 stars for going above and beyond and also being very responsive.

One word excellent. Bought a lance camper. We are first time camper owners. And Eli was super helpful on this model. Couldn't ask for a better sales person and human. Highly recommend this place.

It's a complete rip off. They have now a 30 dollar minimum charge for propane gas, which they charge you even if your just filling up the tank with one gallon. Also, they want 30 dollars for dumping. Cash only without receipt if you don't ask for it in particular. Don't go there, it is not worth the detour.

I'm so bummed to write this, but after 2 voice messages and 2 different online inquiries through the website.. I got NO response. I would have been happy with a response that "we can't help you"... but as I stressed and worried and hoped they could help, I got nothing. Thankfully I have an electrician friend that could refer me to a mechanic friend that has done work on RV's and my situation was resolved very easily with a lift kit for my tiny trailer.. fixed all the issues with the weight distribution system I needed help with and much more. All I wanted was someone to take a quick look and tell me if they could help or send me on my way. This place didn't even respond. As I drive by, the sign is so faded you can no longer read it and it looks like it's only RV storage. If you're looking for actual service, then keep looking.

We purchased our 2019 Lance 2375 travel trailer brand new through Pro Trucks at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds show 3 years ago. From my understanding, all new trailers have a break-in period where little, and sometimes big, issues come up. Eli has been extremely helpful throughout this process: setting and fulfilling appointments for repairs/servicing our trailer. From loose screws on stove burners, damages to the slide, and broken toilet flush valve, to name a few, all were covered by the extended warranty that Eli convinced us would be worth it. I'm happy that we listened to him. Even during the pandemic when our toilet broke on our Sequoia trip, Eli has been consistent in keeping us informed of the availability of repair parts. It did take some patience and understanding when toilet manufacturing was literally backed up, causing us to wait an extended period for a replacement - no fault of Pro Trucks. Specifically, Pro Trucks has come through with making sure that we have gotten the correct replacement parts. We still love our trailer and plan to continue working with this business in spite of the repairs that have been required. Additionally, Eli has always been responsive to aiding us via text/calls during the learning curve of operational issues while on the road and needing answers.

This review is regarding their RV storage services. I was at Protrucks for two years, two one-year contracts. Each year, exactly 31 days before the end of the contracts they jacked up the rates on me by 15%. They do this 31 days before the end because they have to give you 30 days notice of increase and you have to give them 30 days notice of termination or you lose your deposit. So they don't want you to have enough time to find another place when they increase the rate. They are the most expensive place around by far, over twice as expensive as the place I ended up moving to - and their hours are the worst. They don't give you a gate code to access the yard so you can only access it during their office hours, and they are closed on major holidays, like Thanksgiving for example. I gave them two stars since their yard is nice, paved, and they have a dump station - but definitely not worth it.
