Had no clue what was happening and couldn't figure out how to answer customer's questions. The phone call system is absolutely terrible and all these fake 5 star reviews are way too obvious

I've been using this service center since I bought my 2016 Ford Escape back in December 15. Always felt they were honest, experienced and thorough!

The overall experience is generally ok. The price is incredibly expensive now. It cost $89.95 for The Work, and another $89.95 to replace the cabin air filter. The windshield washer fluid was not topped off. Complimentary car wash, not very clean though. 2 hour waiting with appointment. I have always taken my car back here after I bought my car, but maybe it’s time to check other places.

This review is for the service advisor Brandon Priest and the service manager Adam (not have his last name) if I'm able to get negative ratings stars they should have minus 4, took my 2012 Ford Focus to get replaced the TCM under the "extended warranty" 10 years or 150k miles whatever happens first that FMC has been implementing and because they know this particular part it's been faulty and needs to be replaced at no cost on parts + labor for the consumer. So here I'm asking the service advisor Brandon about it and he told me that I need to bring my car and leave there for an unknown amount of time since this part it's been out stock for long times and there is a warning list so first comes first serve situation, brought in the car and asked to see if there were any chances if I can get a courtesy/rental car since this is my only way of transportation and need to commute to Fremont for work, the answer I got form him was that there was no such thing per his acknowledge and that there was not much what he can do, because this I request the customer relation number which he did provide and for my surprise the person who as eres my call told me that FMC just approved a long term rental program for consumers like on my care will be on an indefinite waiting time but that the service manager is the person who will actually approve the rental, call Brandon and requested to check into this with his service manager, two days later no word from either the service manager or the service advisor, following week a had an unexpected trip to central California and stop by as it was on my way to the get on the freeway, asked what up with my request and asked for the service manager, about 20/30 minutes later had to go because it was getting close to the rush hour and manager never showed up to talk to me and Brandon excuse was that he wasn't able to find him and he blabs been paging him with no success I told him that I need to take off because my trip and that I need to talk to his manager to discuss my rental situation, same day later eve got a call from. Brandon Tello g me that his boss told that there was no such service approve by corporation and they told me lies (yeah right) next week for an estrange weird kind of sorceress my part came in went o pick up my car and my "advisor" didn't bother in gave a quick resume of what have been done in the car and why to expect after service this critical part on the transmission, he make me wait for well over 40 minutes to get my car pulled out from the back yard, he came out at least twice to get other cars readings and saw me but don't bother to ask or check on me, I'm sorry for the long rant but this kind of service shouldn't happen to anyone no matter if the service isn't pay for or a warranty they should service everybody equally, I'm open for discussion form any one of the people there as long they listen and not trying to be condescending or giving excuses

Do not take your vehicle here. Do not trust the Ford dealership next door. This "service" center is neither reliable nor accountable. They deliberately leave important facts out of service repair notes. They are not thorough and should never touch your vehicle as you just might get stranded on the side of the road.

Never again. Why make a 1:30appt when I've been here for over 3hrs. Still not done with my oil change. This is ridiculous. Now its 30 more min according to service guy. My whole afternoon wasted.

AVOID THIS PLACE AS THEY LIE LIE LIE. I came in for the standard oil change package "the Works," and the manager told me that "the Works" doesn't apply to Lincoln, and the same service will cost ~$160. If it's a Ford it's only gonna be $80. Ridiculous. I have been to multiple quick lane services at various dealerships and twice at this exact location, nothing like this happened before. "the Works" had always applied to Lincoln vehicles (and in fact other non-Ford/Lincoln vehicles as well) and it's always the same consistent price. Quick lane is not only for Ford/Lincoln vehicles and the price should not differ based on the type of vehicle as long as the oil and fluids used are the same. The so-called manager had the audacity to lie to my face and tell me it's the national quick lane policy for at least 3 years that "the Works" don't apply to Lincoln and they charge double for Lincoln. WHAT A RIDICULOUS LIE. And after I pointed out he's lying because I had service in this exact locations before, he dared to say those two times are "one-time discounts" offered. Throughout the conversation he was rude, and in the end he's like "take it or leave it I don't care." So hell yea I left, and went to the one in Fremont. And guess what, the same service at $70, and way better customer service.

I had an appointment for a service on my 3013 Ford escape, Evan Gomez was who helped me, he told me it would be done at 2 and it was , he was very knowledgeable with another problem , he told me the price and how long it will take, he told me i can still drive without any worries but i need it done before a smog, i am very happy with the service i got, i will be back soon. Thank You Evan for the great service !!!!!

Very experienced and skilled technicians. Always professional, courteous, high quality service from the service advisors. Best Ford service in the Trivalley area. No appointment, just drive in. Very consistent service. Have had great experience bringing my Ford vehicles here for service for 10 years.
