There is NO PHARMACY!!! When you look for a phone number (like your doctor asks for)…you end up at the Safeway store up the street…very confusing…would be SO NICE if the company could spend some of those twice as expensive grocery product profits on making sure that their web presence was accurate. Because, (get the lawyers) with the Safeway that DOES have a pharmacy not answering their phones EVER and the doctors office saying, “we will call you back in a couple days”…someone could end up in a life threatening situation because…they DID NOT GET THEIR MEDS!!

I used to really like this Safeway. They have some VERY nice employees. But also so very negative ones. Last month this one checker, was so annoyed that I had the audacity to ask for a back up checker, because she failed to notice that she had 6 people in her line (all with full cart). She was very defensive and when I tried to talk to her about it she became more defensive and then just downright nasty. I am going to grocery stores in Livermore who understand what descent customer means. I have not returned since the incident. They shouldn't hire people who hate people. Plenty of other nice people who need a job could easily fill their spot.

if they hire you on a probationary period and you sprain your ankle outside of work, they expect you as if everything is normal you'll fail your probation for being too slow. even with documentation. equal opportunity employer am I right, manager gave a rude remark when I called in because i was unable to walk after the previous day. i have documentation from a physician and it was ignored.

Today I had the most amazing Safeway employees take care of my order at the Bakery Counter at your Livermore California Store #910.Maria and Alondra went over and beyond to help me fulfill a cupcake order that the other Safeway in town failed to follow through with. Maria and Alondra listened to me and offered options to me that relieved me from the stress from the OTHER Safeway Store in Livermore failing to place my order. Maria and Alondra need to be commended for going over and beyond to make everything right for me and my event this weekend. Maria calmed me down and made sure I got exactly what I had wanted. These two employees are STAR employees and should run the Bakery at both the Safeway Stores in Livermore. I will only shop at this store #910 from here on out because of these fantastic women.I have managed Big Box Retail stores for over 35 years, and I know how important it is to know who your fantastic employees are. Maria and Alondra are FANTASTIC employees and should be compensated for being and exceptional representation of Safeway's customer service.

this is my Local Safeway and I like to go late when not much people. Today (05/25/23) at 12:00am I was low on funds but my dogs really needed food. I had a $25 gift card and was still about $4 short so I told the cashier to cancel the doggy sticks. He kindly pulled his phone out and said for me to just pay it forward next time. He was so patience and nice and on top of that paid for my balance that I did not have. God Bless you Ricardo!!! (night shift crew) thank you For your kind heart.

The produce is rotten The milk cabinet is not cold and half empty This store has declined since Covid Go to the wealthy side of town and that Safeway has everything fresh and cold isn't that surprising!!!This store sucks

The cashier that rang me up a few days ago was quite sick and had a severe coughing fit that lasted several minutes. She clearly did not want to be there and mentioned that she had been coughing all day. For some reason, management made her stay there, not caring about her health or the health of their customers. Also, no mask was worn, despite her being suI tested positive for Covid this morning, and I strongly suspect I got it from Safeway and their irresponsible management.

A good place to pick something up fast and leave. One thing I can say about shopping here is some of the customers here are annoying. This place is great sightseeing for Karens and Kens here. Every time I see a customer with an attitude of entitlement here I can't help to do a facepalm and leave in disbelief of that type of person and laugh.

So happy with this Safeway Floral department. I was in a real pinch getting a boutonniere for my daughter's homecoming, the day before the event, and Myrna was so polite and accommodating. She made sure it was finished on time and even called me to make sure I knew it was finished. Also, whenever I go into the store it is stocked, presentable and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. the customer experience!

This Safeway has to be by far the most filthiest Safeway I have ever been in and that's just what I can see I cannot imagine what the back kitchens look like that I cannot see and it all starts with management also it is kind of hard to shop four things to buy that have no prices on them am I supposed to guess the price??

The other day I absentmindedly left my wallet in my shopping cart and left it in a cart barn. Christina and Brandon in customer services helped me search the carts and I found my wallet!! Thank you so so so much and bless your souls! You have no idea how much stress that saved me :)

Bad experience today smh Deli person working sick admittedly open about it coughing. Wearing a mask but in 2022 this is unacceptable for sick food handlers and poor management.
