The staff are very professional and very helpful. I was looking for a carry-on and they spent more than ten minutes introducing six or seven different types in the store. I am very happy about this shopping experience.

Daughter and I stopped by to get her luggage for her Europe trip this summer but when we got here a little before 5:00pm there was a sign that said back at 5:35pm... We had dinner plans at 6:00pm so ended up going around the corner to the TUMI shop and bought a TUMI set instead.
