Great gas station! Friendly cashiers and wide drink & snack selection. I think some of these other reviews are old? Oh and they have a fantastic car wash!

They will sell you some broken bluetooth, but not offer a refund. Trash. Not bringing my bussiness no more. FICO headbuts alway hit or miss, the least they could do is offer a replacement. Smh.

Their gas station is across the street from a large Senior Home. Several times a week at 6AM they use leaf blower to blow out the entire grounds of the station. There is a 7AM noise ordinance in Livermore. Many senior here complain that they are awakened all the time. Totally rude, uncaring people.

I go earlier inside the store to Change my winning ticket for the lotto, and you know what happened he don't want to destruct his doing earlier. what ah kind of guy/cashier is that, what the heck, he didn't want to bother him.And one more thing I go back to the store to get my lotto card and he throw, that's not right .hey I nice to you fren but your attitude not good for me. Don't try Filipino!!!!!!

I spent $70 for gass for my company car and payed 8$ for 2 drinks then the gentle who was working come out side after me sitting at the pump for maybe 20 minutes on a important business phone call to ask me to move from the pump because the owner didn’t like me sitting there….. I was the only car getting gas at the station so they didn’t need the pump definitely disrespectful and lost business from my company for good poor management…. Get Gass Elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!

Pay an arm and a leg for gas ($6 for reg) but doesn't offer a public bathroom. corporate America at its finest.

It wouldn't even be one star if I had the choice. I literally just left this gas station. I paid for a VIP car wash, it did not prewash my tires/rims. It would not print me a receipt either. So after my wash I went to the window, told the man what happened and asked the guy for my receipt which seemed to be a huge ordeal for him. He didn't even care to talk about or understand the error of not having the actual wash. I let some lady go in front of me after finally receiving my receipt paper because the man still neglected to answer about the service. When I wen back to the window I had to restart the conversation because he acted like I was satisfied with just a piece of paper. My problem altogether was the service. the receipt was a non-issue. It's just an issue now because it was a struggle to get a receipt from this guy. I then got fed up with trying to explain myself to this man telling me that the car wash at the Shell station was a separate entity than the Shell station. It's literally part of the Shell station. I have been a part in the Livermore community since 1991. This guy is not gonna change my mind about it. When I asked for a managers phone number, it was a huge problem for him as well. He told me "just go look online." I then asked for the store number and he refused as well. I then took my phone out and took a picture of him and the receipt and he in return pulled his phone out and took a picture of me and my license plate which I presented to him like I was Vanna White. This guy is an embarrassment to service and if I ever see him again at any establishment I will leave and tell management why I'm leaving.

I purchased car wash that expired 1 day before and the clerk would not credit. I asked for this exception given I regularly purchase fuel and car washes for all 4 of my vehicles. No dice. I told him "For 8 bucks you're not going to make an exception?" "Nope." Ok. I guess that's how you do business Where you're from. Ok. I'll now be using the chevron at 1771 First st. Funny. I never thought I'd yelp a gas station. Maybe I should've read the existing reviews before.

I used my card for gas on Tues 9/3 and got a call from shell fraud dept that card was used Wed 9/4...but declined luckily This isn't 1st time I see this happening at this shell station
