Came here to get 2 phones to upgrade old ones. Two employees were manning the store and each had a customer. The first employee started to help me while he was finishing up with another. Then the second employee was done helping the other customer. Then a 3rd employee came and I was still stuck waiting for the the first employe. Two customers came and they were helped by the 2nd and 3rd employees. I waited for almost 50 minutes. I ended up leaving. What a waste to let customers wait. They should pass the customer to the next available employee who could help. This is not acceptable procedure from T-mobile! Oh and by the way, the first employee had a rude tone of voice. Just saying! If folks are not happy on a given day, don’t let it out on customers.

A very helpful and knowledgeable staff didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions and we're more than eager to help my wife pick out her new phone unlike Verizon's staff

Much better trained associates at the Stanley location compared to the Las Positas. They answered my questions and help me replace my lost phone.

This is the worst t-mobile store in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive to Pleasanton or basically any other location. Staff is rude,Condescending and not knowledgeable about the phones or service. Made the mistake of going into this store thinking I could get help with a simple issue with a brand new phone I just purchased....which is the fourth line on our account. Overall happy with T-Mobile service but not this store.....I won't purchase any phones or accessories here. The same employee cracked my daughters shield on another visit. Should have known better than to try this location again. Third poor experience here. Avoid.

I needed help upgrading my iPhone to a new model. This year it was a non-trivial task, because Apple was switching to e-sims, making the upgrade process a challenge. I first tried calling T-mobile's 800 number. That did not go well. I spent about an hour on the phone and got nowhere. So, finally I decided to go to this T-Mobile store to see if they could help me out. They had me up and running in about 10 minutes! One of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had! Thank you Gavin and to his assistant as well. They were both very competent and friendly too. In the future I will be going to this store for my T-Mobile needs. An excellent overall experience!

I came twice to this location. The Asian and Hispanic girls here are lazy and lack customer service, she didn’t even pulled up my account. I have 9lines, ATT about to get a new customers. I’m done with this.

I drove 30 minutes to get to this store where they had stock of the phone I was looking for. I was on a T-mobile customer service call to fix a problem with my account and was almost done but the lady threw me out saying that the system closed by 8:05. My problem was fixed a few seconds after I exited the store, but the lady wouldn't let me back in even though it was only 8:09. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN AT A T-MOBILE. I am never coming back

This store need to uplift its customers service. Though T mobile in store customer service for existing customers is not commendable. But employee at this store exhibited no intention to help resolve a simple sim issue. Have been T mobile customer for a while and was saddened to see this behaviour. I was going to speak on adding additional line but after this service thinking to move away from T-Mobile . My visit to store was on 8/2 around 5:30 pm and there's only one person working there.

Went here on a weekday morning and got incredible customer service from Gavin. Big shout out to him! He helped me with my fraud issue on my account. Great selection of products and courteous and efficient customer service. Love to see it!

I tried 3 different days to upgrade my phone and each time they wanted to send me to Dublin. Poor customer service, low knowledge employees and apparently understaffed. I still don't have a new phone. Just shut the place down if you can't help.
