Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Rude female at counter, doesn’t even look up or make eye contact while interacting with the customer. Copped an attitude with me because I wanted to buy a new phone and didn’t want to change my plan. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!

I came to store to get a sim card. Asian man I don't remember his name. Lied to me about home internet device. He said 1 month free trial , no charges at all. I trusted him and got device. Unfortunately home internet device is horrible wi-fi. I returned a few days, but this store employees accepted device but didn't canceled a service. I've been charged for 3 billing cycle for nothing. Never come to this store again. Horrible service and rude employees :(

Today, I came to Tmobile to deal with the business staff with extremely bad service attitude and unprofessional business. Disrespect for customers. Impatient with customers and loud with customers, I have never seen such poor quality staff in the service industry. That's too bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anthony and Chris are awesome people! I came in and Chris educated me on the differences between iPhones and Androids completely unbiased. I have always had an iPhone and I was curious about possibly making the switch. He educated me on the pros and cons that each one has and I didn’t feel like he was trying to talk me into one or the other, but rather, helped lead me to my own decision by educating me on both. They were very helpful to me when I had lost my iPhone X and helped me to replace it with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I felt very taken care of and heard. I explained to them what I wanted and what I did not want for my plan and they made exactly that happen with swift and ease. This is by far my favorite T-Mobile store and when I was living on the other side of town, I made the effort to drive to this store specifically because of how well I am greeted and treated every time I go in there. Chris and Anthony thank you so much for your help! Amazing customer service goes such a long way and you both made me feel so much better after losing my phone! Give these guys a raise!

I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. They have excellent promotion(s) right now. I chose T-Mobile for their service with international roaming. The experience at the store is the best. Chris introduced me to the packages and benefits. Irvin was excellent in setting up the phone(s) -- I have a bit of complicated transfer between three phones

I'm not sure why this gentleman is working at this T-Mobile ?? He has '0' Customer Service Skills !! I have been receiving Text Messages from an Unknown person with Multiple others on the chain and I have sent a message back asking them to Stop Sending ! There are 17 people on this message link and everyone is trying to make the messages Stop ! I tried to explain my Problem and he just said "Just Delete It!!" I told him I did but I keep getting them !! He again said "Just Delete Them!!!" This rude man should NOT Be Working at Any Mobile Service Company since he is Far From Helpful !!

Horrible service here! Don't come here!!!! We just switch 6 lines from verizon to T-Mobile, they have me defective sim. I need to replace that. They want to charge me $12 ridiculous!!! Horrible service!!!!!
