This review is for all the people who do Drive-Up deliveries to cars. You ALL are AMAZING. Seriously. Every single time the person bringing out my order is kind, friendly, professional and wonderful. I have to use Drive Up often and am always humbled by how considerate and pleasant they are despite it being a difficult job - I have heard from a gf who used to do it. I've had to do returns this way too, even when a new employee wasn't sure how to process it - nothing but patient, professional, and a joy to interact with. Thank you guys so much! Rock star team out here.

What's to Yelp about? It's a Target, and I like Target. Regular prices for things like milk ($3.49/gallon), eggs ($1.39/doz), and 99¢ pasta and canned products are sale prices anywhere else. What's the problem?The problem, and it's significant, is that their posted prices often do not match what comes up on the register. Those $1.39 eggs? They registered as $1.79 last time I was there. Sales prices for things like toothpaste and cleaning supplies, clearly marked on the shelves, are wrong at the register. If you're supposed to get a $5 gift card for spending $25 on home care, they frequently miss that. I haven't had a single trip in months where there wasn't at least one discrepancy against me; never in my favor. Get the Target app, and scan the barcode on anything you're buying, to see what the register price will be. If it's different from the shelf price, take a picture of the shelf, and show it to the checkout person. They'll correct it for you on the spot, but some other sap will pay the wrong, higher price, because they haven't checked.It's not just wrong, it's illegal. Get it fixed, Target.

I like this store a lot. Only problem i have is I go in for one item and leave with 20! Target is such a great place to shop around in and kill some time. The place has always looked very clean and the staff seems friendly enough. Everything is always in the correct spot and it's very easy to maneuver throughout the store. Plenty of parking outside as well so no problems there. They have a ton of different items to choose from when I need something too. Some people will say this is one of the smaller Targets they've been to though, and I'd agree with that. I can trust this place to have what I need 10/10 times.

Came in looking for a couple things here and there and to my surprise they have a beef jerky sample! Target? Samples? Since when?!? Count me in! I thought I could only enjoy those luxuries at Costco. Anyways the store was clean and the employees are Nice! The price checker tablet wasn't working and one of the employees observed me struggling with it. He came over on his own and scanned it with his handheld device. Thanks!

We love Target. We see that Target walks their talk, and we appreciate the things Target does to move the world forward in areas such as promoting positive body image, and donating to charitable causes. Our Target in Livermore in particular has always been such a great store. We love coming in to shop for the things we need, or just take a stroll through the store. We came here throughout the pandemic to have a place to walk around, and it really helped pull us through. Thank you Target!

This was an underwhelming Target. It just didn't have the variety that the other Targets have. My favorite one is the one in Fremont (Auto Mall Pkwy area).Cashiers just seem tired, and I don't blame them.

I love Target, but just not this one. They always seem to be out of the items I want to buy. No matter what day/time I stop by, the checkout lines are long and inefficient. The customer service is pretty good considering the store is run by teenagers! There is construction currently going on, so the parking lot is even more of a mess than usual. Overall, I had a better experience at the Dublin Target. :/

Needless to say I will not be back at store 0828 . I do appreciate Kimberly from the back coming to support when she could. My family of 6 came here and of course the check lanes were full , we decided to go to self checkout out. Long story short .... We were waiting at self checkout for over 30 min with the need support message on our screen. No one came ! I called cooperate after speaking with multiple team members because I simply explained my issues and concerns and no one offered their support. Ironically they supported two other people while skipping over us ( my four young children were confused as well as my husband and I) when I asked for a l.o.d (leader on duty) no one knew what that was. When I asked for a TL (team lead) I was given an attitude with the walkie calling for someone to support. An additional 12 min (I was on the phone with corporate ) go by before anyone came and thankful it was someone (Kimberly) understanding and apologetic of the situation. Long story short my family and I were looked over , mistreated by team members and that was super uncomfortable , embarrassing and ruthless. Many of you may question why not walk out ? Well , I had 4 kids who wanted particular items that were were not able to find at other locations. What were the items? (birthday toys) what was the issue ? We double scanned .

I just finished a Target run and I'm sitting in my car as I write this.One of the items I purchased scanned cheaper on the Target app than what was listed on the shelf. I've gotten price adjustments before at Target, no problem. There's even a sign at each register that says that if an item is advertised for less than what the time scans for, let your cashier know and they'll adjust the price. Well, I held my phone with the Target app open with the item, and without even greeting me first, the cashier (her name was Shahla) rudely said "put that away I'm not going to scan that right now. Show me at the end." When she scanned the item in question, I told her that it scanned cheaper on the app. To which she replied "well you have to show me"...Well, if you let me get my two cents in initially, you would've understood why I had my phone and app open. But it doesn't end there. When she checks the price on my app, she adjusted the price and straight up said "are you happy now?" It took everything for me to not go off on her as there was a line behind me. I work in health care, but a lot of what I do is customer service. So I understand how challenging customers can be, but I don't think I was being difficult or rude by any means or asking for anything out of the ordinary. I can honestly say I've NEVER treated or spoken to a patient like that. Oh, and I've also worked retail in the past--and at Target. So disgusted at this experience and interaction.

Store is well stocked and clean. I personally didn't like waiting in line and as I was the next customer in-line to check out the guy at the register told me he was closed! How can you just close a line down with no warning? Ya I went to self checkout and checked out. But personally I won't come back to this particular Target.

This location has the worst service. Pick up or drive up is impossible. 30 minutes and have yet to see an employee.

Poor layout of the store. 12 people in line to do returns or online order pickup and now they're blocking the exit for shoppers to get out of the store. Not to mention only two people are helping the lines and no backup has been called to help.

I love this Target. It's by my house. It has great specials. It seems to be the ONLY place that carries peach pop tarts (how could this be? They're amazing. Why aren't they everywhere?) I can also buy my coconut LaCriox here. I have a lot of fun in the seasonal section up front- today I came home with about 20 pairs of seasonal socks (guess what the family are getting in their xmas stockings?) I've always had really good service here. Everyone has been helpful and kind. I even had my Covid booster here (nice job pharmacy!) I look forward to going here because I know they usually have what I want AND I'm going to find tons of stuff I didn't know I wanted :-)

I know Target has a phone and people work who are lazy and refuse to answer the phone to help customers are referred to as a L.O.P.
