In under 2 1/2 days the whole team worked on my new FZJ80, I bought this from the store owner and told him what I wanted and they made it happen!

Honest work and people. Went in with a broken u-joint in my driveshaft which ended up being the result of the whole shaft being bent. They told me they could just swap a new u-joint in, but it would probably break soon cause the shaft is bent and instead referred me to another shop that specializes in driveshafts.Another time I went in to purchase new shocks through them rather than an online store. They were happy to sell me just the shocks alone at a good price without them providing an install and told me they’re here to get it aligned when I’m all done. Unfortunately the distributor sent 1/2 boxes without mounting hardware, but they were quick to send it back and give me a replacement within 24 hours.Service: Wheel alignment

This place is awesome, if you want to upgrade your offroader, look no further. It's an awesome place with the best quality work that they stand behind. I have been going here for upgrades and advice for about 5 or 6 years and they never disapoint. Exceptionally knowledgable and proffesional, I wouldnt go anywhere else to upgrade my truck. Joe at the front is a real honest and great guy, and he will take care of whatever it is you want done.

Great shop with great people who take care of you. I came here to have my air compressor installed, cargo camera installed, tires rotated and diff changed. The air compressor install looks clean and like it stock. The camera was installed into my front bumper and it's as if it belongs there. Just a super clean job. When I got back, coincidentally, the AUX battery on my Jeep Rubicon died and threw a check engine light on saying shifter needs service. Luckily for me, a nearby shop had a battery. Within an hour I was out of there. If you're looking for some good and reliable work on your Jeep, definitely come to this shop. You won't be disappointed.

Joe and his crew are great folk. Helped me regear my Jeep JK with no problem. His prices are fair and he price matches with online stores too. I also have a catalytic problem and he helped refer me to a shop to get it fixed. He is a good person to do business with and I look forward to have him and his team upgrade my JK.

Joe and his Team were awesome at helping me make good decisions about my Jeep and their pricing was very competitive. It's a good feeling to see a business know their stuff and love what they do. Thanks 4x4 Shop!

Great talkers. Tried to get a lift and regear. Didn't have time when I was at the shop. Nor did they ever contact me with a quote as promised... Took money elsewhere.

They've done several jobs for me including : Lift Kit and Tires; New Brakes and Calipers; and a Leveling Kit. Best to. Is it the store and speak with them, getting a response from a voicemail is tough. Overall, they'll beat any price you can get. They'll work with your schedule. And, they'll do the job right and stand behind their work. Their knowledge and expertise is worth the visit!

I needed a rear axle seal for my Jeep. Joe said they would be able to install in a single day. Awesome. So I dropped it off in the morning, and picked it up around 5pm. Just after 6pm (closing time for them) my brand new wheel bearing locked up. I called the shop and Joe answered. He told me to have it towed back (I have AAA) and he would wait for me. After ensuring I had a ride home, he tore into it that night to find out the issue. It was indeed a faulty (brand new) bearing. They took care of the issue and I was able to pick up my Jeep the next day. They went above and beyond with customer service, not only waiting for my arrival after hours, but staying even later to find the issue so it could be corrected as soon as possible. Now I know why they have such a great rating. This was my first time using The 4x4 Shop for work. it will not be my last. They earned my business and my trust.

My husband and I have historically worked on our own Jeeps but after a recent trip to the Rubicon and not currently having the space or tools to do post-trail repairs, the 4x4 Shop came highly recommended from friends and fellow Jeepers. One of my friends had her Jeep re-geared here and she also had a good experience and her Jeep is driving well. I actually met Joe on the Rubicon trail and he was super chill and I had a great time wheeling with his group. I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ. After getting home from my trip I realized that on the drive home I blew an axle seal on my rear axle and lost a decent amount of gear oil. Upon further inspection of my Jeep (which you should always check everything before and after a trip regardless of difficulty!) I also realized my adjustable control arms had loosened their jamb nuts. Being unable to do any servicing or adjustments at home, I e-mailed the shop (their current preferred method of communication, their voicemail literally asks to NOT leave a message and e-mail them instead if they can't answer the phone.) I sent the e-mail with a brief description of who I was so they could remember my rig as well as photos of the issues I had. They are currently pretty booked on major projects and while I had mentioned my Jeep Wrangler was not a daily driver and I was in no rush, Joe let me know I could drop it off to get looked at. As a safety of not knowing how much gear oil I had lost and not being able to really check (specific to my set up and lack of space) I opted to have it towed which they were fine with. I had a feeling that since I had already established the issue and let them know that it was getting towed that I personally didn't need to go with the Jeep. However I felt it was more courteous since they were fitting me in to check-in in person and to confirm what I needed looked at and worked on. They do have a drop box for keys at their door. Inside the storefront is a large variety of off-road products from fire extinguishers, to jacks, to spacer lifts, lighting and wheels. Joe was super nice and professional and we went over what the problems were and I requested just an overall check of the Jeep since I will be moving cross country soon and this Jeep is part of that road trip. I was quoted a fair price based on the work requested with understanding that if they found something else damaged that it would be more. Of course as Jeeps go they did find that one of my U-joints in the front axle had blown from the abuse on the trail and they fixed that right up. Turnaround time was really fast which tracks with my specific problems not being massive damage (phew!). I greatly appreciate that Joe was able to fit my small jobs in between the larger probably more expensive projects/builds at the shop. Highly recommend the 4x4 Shop for any Jeep/4x4 needs, big or small! Very friendly and professional with great communication!
