The customer service here was fantastic! They helped me get what I needed and were very quick to find the right size. When you need help go to Karen, she was very helpful and kind when it came to assisting me with what I needed! They have a great collection summer shoes, so if you need some new kicks, highly recommend stopping by!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. THEY DISCRIMINATE ASIANS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Having 3-4 sales rep in the store, yet nobody greet me or even talk to me over my 30-minute stay at the store. Most of the sales are enjoying their time on the phone with ball matches.
Ironically, they greeted a white elderly with utter warmth and guided her visit through the moment she entered the store. Asian sales discriminate Asian patron and favors white visitors. This is outrageous and unacceptable.
Disgusting.

The sales associates here were incredibly rude. We visited this shop on the 29th of August in the evening. When saying hi, none of the 2 associates greeted us other than with nasty looks. As a client, coming into a empty shop without any other clients, it is outrageous to not be greeted back, see the staff on their phones and receive unwelcoming looks.

I’ve shopped at this Tod’s location for years receiving great customer service (I own about 7 pairs). I went in yesterday trying on several pairs of shoes. There was a man dressed in casual shorts, white t-shirt and what seemed like crocs standing in the store talking with the sales associate. As I’m trying on shoes I said hello as he was standing there and instead of saying hi back he ignores me and they both laugh with each other... at that point I thought maybe he was her boyfriend but to my surprise I later found out he worked there. Anyway, the shoe I wanted was a bit too small and my size wasn’t available. He checks to see their upcoming shipment of inventory and asked if I was in their system. I told him yes I was and the reaction and response was unbelievable as he says “you’ve shopped here before” and I said “yes I have plenty of times.” It’s almost as if he couldn’t believe it and was racially profiling me. This left a really bad taste in my mouth as not only myself but my family have shopped at this Tods location for quite some time.If you’re going to judge someone coming into shop.. how about you yourself look like a professional and up to par with the brand’s image and not shabbily. I’m not one that goes around and puts race on everything but I believe it was so in this case.

I haven't seen staff like this since I was in Europe. Very posh. Very polite. The product in there is top notch as are the people that work there

Very thinly staffed but still the sales woman patiently showed me everything and then even took me to the other side of the store to show me some popular designs and gave me enough time to decide on the purchase. Do visit, the merchandise is equisite. Its beautiful, leather grain is wonderful and no logo is in your face:
