“The summary: service was amazing, trailer was okay, had room to improve. Long version: Rented a trailer to tow a car to my home. The woman on the phone was friendly and helpful, reserving the trailer was a breeze, I wish I could remember her name to give her credit. I dropped my kids off a school and headed to U-Haul. I was very early for my reservation but the guys behind the counter didn't miss a beat, hooked me up and I was off! Only reason this isn't 5 star is the trailer was pretty rough. Had some vibration both loaded and unloaded and the tie down straps could use some lube, seized up pretty good. I mentioned this to the man when I dropped it off and he said he would have it serviced. Very happy with my experience, would recommend.”

“Made reservations online two separate times and both were top notch service.First was for a 26' truck/auto trailer and second 22' truck/auto trailer. Both vehicles were extremely well maintained and clean. Equipment was ready for me when i arrived.I highly recommend Penske over Uhaul after both times because Uhaul wanted me to go to the ghetto of Oakland both times after atleast a week of waiting. Penske was a day or two!Both trucks were diesel so for me it was easier to get in and out of service station/Love's travel centers on the way to Texas.My only complaint was the DEF tank was on the passenger side so one will have to purchase boxed fluid and self fill when needed.”

“I purchased a trailer hitch there (for a bike rack) and they put it on in less than 30 minutes. We're very happy with the job they've done. I think his name was Felipe. The other dude working there absolutely didn't want to acknowledge my existence. I can't say that I blame him, I had a two year old with me and she's very intimidating. This is your typical no frills Uhaul, it's not pretty, it's efficient. They have a water, a bathroom, and 2 chairs to sit in. For smooth sailing I suggest calling first to see if they've got what you need or if they have time to provide a service. Best of luck on your move, trip, haul, journey, or adventure. :)”
