“Made reservations online two separate times and both were top notch service.First was for a 26' truck/auto trailer and second 22' truck/auto trailer. Both vehicles were extremely well maintained and clean. Equipment was ready for me when i arrived.I highly recommend Penske over Uhaul after both times because Uhaul wanted me to go to the ghetto of Oakland both times after atleast a week of waiting. Penske was a day or two!Both trucks were diesel so for me it was easier to get in and out of service station/Love's travel centers on the way to Texas.My only complaint was the DEF tank was on the passenger side so one will have to purchase boxed fluid and self fill when needed.”
“I would have given this place 5 stars but I had to wait for almost 30 minutes when picking up the truck as the employee was having issues with his laptop and had to call U-haul to do the reservation manually over the phone. Other than that, things went smoothly and drop off was a breeze. Would go here again but take in to account more time to grab the truck.”
