Leo and his team do a great job of customer service and keeping the store in pristine condition. I came in to pickup an order which he promptly helped with. The entire team assisted me as I added more items to my cart. Great job! You have a loyal customer.

Filing a complaint for Livermore outlet store. There is a sign saying score a free water bottle with any purchase. Employee at check out refuses to honor the offer as saying it is for Friday only. It does not say on the sign. false advertising

Had an awesome experience at Under Armour thanks to Bob! He really knows his stuff — explained all the little details about the different shoes and helped me find the perfect pair. Super helpful and easy to talk to. You can tell he’s experienced and actually cares about getting you the right fit. Definitely ask for Bob if you’re shopping here!

We are loyal Under Armour customers with over six pairs of Curry basketball shoes. This store has the best customer service. We always get the answers we need. Lisa was great today.

All the young staff working on the floor are great, and they all look appropriately jacked :) However, the older person working at the counter is quite rude, making me not want to come back.

I had a great experience at this Under Armour Factory House location. There were a nice amount of selections, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the store was generally clean and organized. Overall, it’s a great place to visit and a nice experience to await if you are considering about shopping Under Armour.
