I had a package rerouted for pickup at this location. Seeing other reviews I wasn’t sure I’d be able to actually receive the package here, but I was able to find the (fairly well hidden) parcel pickup door. You need to park in customer parking in the back (second entrance) and walk up to the pickup door which is located behind the loading dock in my photo. Once you ring the doorbell, staff will come out and help you get your package/mail.

"Attempted Delivery"...aka Ding-Dong Ditch. They didn't even wait for me to take 10 steps. Leaves no notice and disappears.

There's parking for customers, but apparently no place to access any services. Walked around for a while, no doors.I think there's somewhere to pick up packages but they have no postal services here. However, that's not stated anywhere. Not designed for public service.

First off, I don't think that the staff in this post office are rude. Perhaps the lady should know better that she's calling on a holiday. And that the gentleman who answered her call just answered it to tell her that they are closed.I think the lady who called is the RUDE one. ?My personal feedback:. The counter staff are helpful and courteous. They always greet you with a smile.Praise God for wonderful people at the USPS.THANK YOU !E. Lennon

Lied about delivering something yesterday that showed up today. I guess that's how they get out of refunding late priority mail shipments. What a bunch of douche bags.

Ordered a gift on Amazon for delivery in mid June. Just realized I didn't receive it so I tracked the package and it was delivered on June 13th, but not to me!?!?!?! I continue to get someone else's mail and vice versa. We have four different bulidings in our complex but same Apt #. Now someone has my package all because the sorters don't bother to check the building numbers and last names..... UGH!!!!!

No real parking to speak of. Item prices are ridiculous! Hostess Zingers are $2. 49 when they are $1 everywhere else.

Over the past year or so I have received mail that was crammed into my mail box resulting in torn mail. Was suggested that I collect my mail every day. I do. Very sad the Las Positas location was trying to blame me. Just got off the phone with them today. Over the past year I have, against my better judgement, placed mail in the outgoing mail box. NOT one piece of this mail has EVER made it to it's destination. The furthest being not more than two towns over. The guy at this location said things fall through the cracks. Things fall through the cracks an awful lot. My sister-in-law being a mail carrier I know the amount of mail processed in a day so, yeah, occasionally stuff happens. But all the time? Really? Sad day when you no longer can trust the postal service.
