Mikaylah went above and beyond to help my mom and I was really thankful and appreciative. Was really impressed by her customer service skills she was very patient and kind and helpful with a complicated transaction. I went in to exchange a bikini that I had purchased previously for a bigger size and was really bummed when they didn’t have my size. She was very sweet and approached me asking how my shopping was going. She then explained kindly that she could check online to see if my sizes were available and helped me resolve finding my sizes. I don’t think I would have had the same help from any other employee just an honest opinion. She also recommended a couple other bras that I couldn’t decide between and made my experience over all amazing. Wish every employee could be more like her. Also couldn’t believe the deals at this store! All of the PINK bras were on sale for $25 each! Such an awesome sale and store! Thanks again Mikaylah I will definately be back!

One of the worst customer service that I’ve seen. There was a free gift when the order total was 85+. My order total was 79. The person billing didn’t bother to let me know about the deal. Glad I found it myself and went back with new items and got the deal. Also, there was an offer of buy 2 and get one free on lip items. She billed for all the three items when I questioned she has the audacity to ask why would I get a lip gloss free. You better understand what are the deals going on in your store before treating customers this way. I will never come back to this store where customers are treated this way. Horrible experience.
