I can't say enough about the staff at this location they are amazing and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service they're always friendly helpful and try to accommodate any requests or any issues that may arise immediately. The facility is always clean and it's nice that they provide complementary cards to help you load and unload your belongings.

Been here 10 months, great so far -- a well managed storage facility. Will update review once my renewal comes up in Nov, but so far so good.
UPDATE: renewed for another year, fair and competitive prices, and a month free is a nice perk.

Awesome experience working with the team at Will-Store. Friendly, helpful and willing to work with us on many levels making our move out of state less stressful. Clean units, well lit, safe and easily accessible. We highly recommend them for all storage needs.

Nosy on site labor, cheaper units close by that are climate controlled. Parking lot was resurfaced and looks awful

Friendly, helpful, fairly priced, no leaks in the locker during wet weather (unlike other places) and convenient. Not much more you can ask for!

I really did not have an issue until last Sunday. We are supposed to be able to access our units from 7am to 7pm. We showed up a bit before 10am and the gate was not working. Honked a couple times since someone lives on site but no response. We were headed to the mountains to have Christmas with our family and all the presents were locked in our unit. The office did not open till 11 so we waited. 11am came and nobody opened the door. My husband started honking nonstop and finally someone opened the door and turned on the gate. We missed our lunch reservation because we were an hour late. I asked for some compensation for our troubles and was told they don't do that, and someone opened that gate as soon as they were available but that was 4 hours later than it should have been. Not a good business practice.

The staff is wonderful and I loved my storage unit! I had to move all my things into a unit once I moved out of San Francisco and I was so pleased with the service at Will-Store Super Storage. John was so helpful, as I had many questions about key codes, payments, etc.My dad also has a storage unit at Will-Store, and he's used them for years!
