There was a lady's coat there that was cheaper at the Bloomingdale's. Weird. Go in take a look but as normal , buyer beware. Know your prices. Great store to grab a garment or two.”

“Manal is an exceptional person. Not only is she an awesome, attentive retail salesperson, but she also is a literal lifesaver. As we were checking out, my mother felt faint and asked me if I had any food or candy in my purse. I didn’t as my boys had already cleaned me out. Manal graciously gave my mom her own orange and sat her down on a stool so she wouldn’t fall. My mom proceeded to become sick and the quick actions of Manal and a plastic shopping bag saved the day. She minimized the effects on the rest of the store guests and kept my mom calm until she recovered. I was seriously afraid at one point as my mom’s condition deteriorated. She kept everyone calm and I was able to take mom to lunch and visit 1 last store (she really wanted to shop!) before I took her home. She was exhausted and a little embarrassed from the ordeal, but I’m truly grateful to Manal for her exceptional care and quick actions. Mom is looking forward to shopping in her favorite store again and to see Manal. We will, of course, be back for more clothes!”
“Love love love this store. Staff is great. Lots of fun stuff to look at. Always a good time visiting. It's a must go shop for me when I'm in town. I don't shop by trends. Reliable quality and timeless classic styles are my thing. Every now and then, I'll grab something fun, but cheaper brands are usually better for short-term novelty if you want to be budget conscious.There are doormen/security restricting the # of shoppers allowed in at one time. This can be a long wait in the summer. Come prepared. I much prefer this to overcrowded stores. I've always found the wait reasonable (same can't be said for a couple other lux brand stores in the mall).I also come knowing what the regular prices are. Not everything is a great deal. They have some really good deals here that you can't get anywhere else but st these Prada outlets but remember this is relative... i.e. items are rarely 40+% off.”
“Jack is amazing! I was in pursuit of a particular Etro bag. Once I arrived at the store, Jack showed me a selection of bags he had, thoroughly explaining features When I mentioned I had a particular look in mind, he spent hours searching for a selection of bags that met my criteria from inventory, carefully detailed sizes to make sure what I was not able to physically touch would meet my requirements. He did all of this with a smile on his face...and he found what I wanted within a couple of days. Extremely friendly, genuine person, and extremely hard-working! I cannot say enough good things about Jack! If I could give him 10 stars I would.”

“The Michael Kors Outlet in San Francisco Premium Outlets is one of the bigger stores in the outlet mall. The store is well organized, and items are displayed very nicely. They have most of the items made for the outlet store. However, the store does have one section selling the merchandise from its retail stores. The salespersons in the store are professional and friendly.”

“Was stoked to find Stance at the SF Premium Outlets. My favourite sock brand.They had a buy 4, get 2 free deal (mix and match) along with 50% off all apparel. Most socks were on sale for $9.98 USD to $17.98 USD. Great selection of their performance sock line. You won’t find Stance stuff cheaper.Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have a dressing room to try on clothes.- 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality, freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life.- Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I’ve seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material.”
