the short 2 seater guy charged us a dollar extra for each slushee because i payed with apple pay!! they are each supposed to be 1 or 2 dollars most. It should have been $10 dollars total but it came out to $15?!? and he was super rude like ?!?! what a rip offf, that guy specifically is known to rip people off. ?????????

The short man who works at klair's charged us $15 for five slushy's and charged us extra for using Apple Pay each slushy supposed to be $1.28 they were small slushys also before some other people said that they were over charging

Too many people in hopes of winning the lottery slowing down the line choosing scratchers. I finally just decided to stop going. But what the final straw for me was the worker is either in the back fridge or in the back where the vending machine for the lottery tickets is at. This happens in the mornings usually with the girl with streaks in her hair. It's weird. It never happens with other workers .Then theirs a new guy. He's tall & has black nail polish on. He's not attentive to customers. These employees either don't care or not fully trained. Plain & simple.

This store is expensive. Some products don't have prices & if they so the clerks different prices. The front of the store has beggers that spit all over the side & you walk allover it. I've been their three times different days & today was my last & final visit. Why even shop here if I can just go to liberty or Rancho. The lines aren't bad as one may think. Plus cheaper prices & people don't hold up the line deciding on scratchers. It's very annoying. The store is not clean or smell pleasant either.

If you like long lines, inconsistent pricing (they will charge what they want because items aren't priced) and people gossiping in spanish with the workers then this is the perfect place to go. Spanish speaking customers will get extra care & attention for the smallest things. Shame on the husband and wife owners. Seems as if they stopped caring about their own business. I hope inflation wakes up people finally to stop going to these small convenient stores that rip you off! Just ridiculous!
