“I moved to Pearblossom about 10 years ago and had never had to go to the post office to get my mail and didn't understand the one mile rule and still don't. I just got used to it. The po box part of the post office is open every day from 5am to 8pm but used to be open all the time. They finally decided to actually lock the door during the times that they posted which I kind of knew that they wanted to do and not give out the combination to the lock for after hours. I can get to my po box within the time that they are open for that the trick is do I have the key to the box or am I going to wait for the business side to be open so I can go ask for my mail - from ebay. This key no key item also lends itself to that misunderstanding that I mentioned.”

“This was my first time in that area after moving in and I was having issues with my mail not getting to the house and not knowing where my mailbox is located. I was directed to the local office due my complain and I love that lady in this office- Loretta. Not that she was just nice but she actually took care of everything. She actually went out of her way to make sure it was solved. We all know how it is difficult to get USPS to help you when somethings goes wrong with your mail? .. so this was absolute shock. I appreciated her help and thank you.”
