When I came in to A A Auto they had amazing customer service and made me feel so comfortable that I decided to move forward with their business even though it was out of my network. “The gentlemen who work in the office at this location were very accommodating and helpful. I was being a difficult customer to schedule and they worked with me to get my window replacement done when it was convenient for me. They were pleasant and focused on what I needed when I needed it. I sincerely appreciated their commitment to customer service. Adrian was the tech who replaced my window, and the job he did was quick, clean, and efficient. The people at this location helped ease me through this process. I got a quote online and paid for it with Afterpay, which was an extreme relief because this was an expensive ordeal that my insurance company was not involved in due to my high deductible and the window cost not making it worth turning in a claim. I highly recommend the Safelite in Lodi for the replacements of a passenger side window on a 2021Kia K5.”
