They have phone numbers to call customers, but do not call! My 80-year-old mother called in her prescription on Monday. On Friday, 5 days later, when she went to pick them up, they told her they were declined and could not be filled. I had to contact her physician in the evening on a Friday to request refill. They granted it. When we went to Young's the next day to pick up the prescription and I asked why they did not call my mother to inform her of the decline, they said they cannot call all their customers. Not only did they not contact my mothers, they didn't not contact her physician. There was further insult to injury during this exchange, but suffice to say, incompetent and uncaring would be too kind and simple of a description for the pharmacy staff at Young's in Lockeford.
