Perhaps you could provide some customer service training to the young man who checks people in. This is the second time in a year he has dismissively sent us away saying we had the wrong paperwork and was unwilling to listen. After being subjected to another rude encounter today, we took the exact paperwork over to LODI DMV , waited 2 hrs and their very helpful clerk accepted our paperwork with out question, collected the $15.00 fee and sent us on our way. Both times at Lodi AAA I just shook my head as he insulted us and other customers and we all left empty handed Pretty sad when the DMV ranks way above you in service.

We went in to get my car registered and everything was smooth and the wait was bearable....BTW..I didn't make an appointment like I should have...great value for NOT having to go to the DMV!!!! Service was amazing and our representative was really good!

I visited this location because the office in Stockton is closed permanently. It only took me 18 minutes taking the back road to get here. Once, I pulled up I found a handicap space instantly. When I arrived inside the check-in was very quick and smooth. My wait time was no longer than 10 minutes. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new vehicle tags and registration.

Outstanding service at lightning speed for DMV registration renewal (made online appointment the previous day). I was seen exactly at my stated appointment time, and was in and out in three minutes. It is a very convenient location though the now-closed Trinity Parkway Stockton branch was just two minutes from my home..I am a loyal AAA member and the DMV perk is a valuable and much-used membership feature. A+!

This was my first time at the AAA office in Lodi. It was in a very nice location. When you first walk in you are greeted by someone at a stand up desk. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I sat down to wait for my name to be called it took 5 minutes. Paid my car registration and I had another issue with my license plate they help me with that. Great service

Terrible experience. When I called AAA Insurance to sign up for a car and home insurance policy, my neighbor, who happened to work there, answered the phone and took it upon herself to sign me up and share all of my private information with my girlfriend without my consent. This is a serious violation of privacy and trust. I'm relieved to hear that she no longer works there, but the damage has been done. I would strongly advise anyone considering AAA Insurance to be cautious and ensure that their privacy is respected.

Had to do a transfer of titleship of cars. Made an appointment and I was able to be assisted right away. Teresa Esquivel was our service tech and walked us through what we had to do. She did double check to make sure that the way we were signing and completing information was correct so that DMV would accept it. Everyone in the office from the front desk to all of the staff in the branch were very helpful and courteous. The wait time wasn't that long but better to make an appointment ahead to get processed quickly. Easier than going to DMV.
