We have been working with Accent Carpet in Lodi for the last several years. George is always amazing, very helpful and professional. Luis and his installation team are the best! We had an issue with the carpet in one of the rooms and Raul and George came back to check things out. I appreciate their attentiveness and the time it took them to come out and make things right. We used this carpet one for our flooring. Though we don't live in Lodi we used them due to their great service and pricing. They were very accommodating and had great customer service. George was so helpful throughout the process. Pricing was very competitive as well. Highly recommend. Their install (we had Andrey) crew is amazing as well. Fast, great workmanship and very efficient.

Excellent quality and service every step of the way. George came over quickly to measure when I called for an estimate. My flooring was ordered right away and arrived within a week, and it was installed a week later. The installers were quick and professional, and my new floor is absolutely gorgeous. This is my second time using Accent Carpet, and I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

This is our second time in using Accent Carpet One. We were very happy with them the first time so we went back. We were helped to make our purchase by Reggie who had actually installed our first order! He helped us with a friendly and very efficient. They had an issue with the delivery of our carpet to the store but Reggie not only kept us apprised of the situation but he also followed through personally to ensure a timely install.

We had the best experience with Accent Carpet One Flooring! First, they have excellent customer service and their prices and warranty beat all! Second, their installers are exemplary!!
