the attendant this morning was so unprofessional, rude and unaccommodating. i have been in customer service all of my life and managed multimillion dollars retail stores and restaurants and have never found someone as unprofessional or uncooperative in my career. As a manager i feel this attendant needs some coaching and training at the very least. i had one of my team members there attempting to fuel up 1 of our company vehicles and upon encountering some issues with our fleet card the associate went into the store and yet still ran into an issue with our fleet card. At our company we require our drivers to provide a printed receipt of any and all transactions (whether completed, declined or canceled) when asked if we could please have a copy of that receipt the attendant curtly refused to provide the receipt in question stating they only have 1 for them they can't make another 1. upon bringing this information back to me at the office i then called the location in question and asked about this encounter and upon explaining the situation and asking if this was a correct depiction of the occurrence the attendant immediately hung up on me. Rude, Unprofessional, Unacceptable behavior and performance as well as DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.

Really nice am/pm with respectful employees/owners. Food is always fresh and tastes good, gas is usually a decent price if not the cheapest in town, cigarettes are not overly ecpensive here but no the cheapest either, and I don't know what is up with this place but I never seen to get winning lotto scratchers here . Bathrooms are always clean stocked with plenty of "ass gaskets" and shit paper. And the best thing they offer is a make your own coffee bar with just about every type of thing you could add to coffee for no extra charge. I make this a mandatory stop when I'm in Lodi which is just about every day. Oh and being open 24/7 365 is a huge plus. "Dueces"

inside and the outside of this a.m. p.m. is very clean they take a very good job at working to make this place spotless it's in a great spot close to the freeway but Tucktaway just enough so it's not completely hit by so much traffic. I saw Brittney Spears filling up here once , in full disguise , it was fun to watch.

I only have a few things to base this review on: - Gas prices - Location convenience - Condition of the service station For all three, I give 5 stars. I paid 20 cents less per gallon at this station than any other station in town. The location is very convenient, it's located on the corner of Harney Lane and Stockton Street. An easy in and easy out. The service station is new, clean, and well kept. This station is worth going out of your way to get gas. Quite possibly the cheapest in town!

The short: It's a gas station so well it is gonna have gas The long: Hey it is simply a gas station so it is going to have a few things snacks, drinks, smokes, gas, etc etc. The location is on the outside of town and is usually the lowest priced gas in town keeping pace with Costco across the street. The biggest issue I have here is it seems like every time I come by to get gas the pumps are down or broken or taped off for some unknown reason. I guess if you can actually get gas it works and if not it sucks. What works: Proximity and price What to improve: Pumps need to be working

The gas prices are good, however stay out of this place and by no means do not use the car wash. On 9/22/2013 I went to Cost Co and when leaving I went to the New Arco across the street and fill up with fuel. While at the pump I was asked if I wanted a car wash. Have just purchased a brand new GMC 2500 Duramax the week before (listed at about $53000.00 plus tax etc), I thought why not I'll give it it's first wash. Of course I choose be best and most expensive wash and wax. When I entered the wash, my wife got out of the truck to be sure we were under the height marker which we were, therefore we proceeded into the wash. When the wash started the rollers came forward ran up the front grill, over the hood and cab, then instead of following the curve of the cab and down the rear window, the roller proceeded about two feet past the cab before crashing down on the sides of the bed. It impact was severe enough to shake both my wife and myself not the mention the truck. When the wash was over the doors opened (your closed in) and it was quite a trick to jockey out of the wash, due to the short distance between the exit of the wash and cars getting gas at the pump directly in front of the wash exit. I pulled out and continued on our way to Stockton. As I was driving and I locked out my side mirror I saw what a fare sized area on the bed that I at first thought was a dirty spot that the car wash brush had missed due to its improper operation, but I soon discovered when I was able to stop and physically inspect the area, that there was a dent not only on the left side but the right side of my new truck as well. I immediately attempted to find a telephone number for the station and I called and reported the incident a man who identified himself as "Sonny". Sonny sold me I would have to come back the next day to seen the manager PJ. I explained that I lived over 4 miles away and that I would be back shortly. Shortly thereafter, we returned to the station and met with Sunny, who inspected the damage, took my information and took photos. Sunny refused to disclosed the owners name or address so I could contact them, instead merely stating the owner's name was Ken and he lived somewhere in Sacramento. I agent asked that the owner call me the next day. The following day at the end of the day with no contact from anyone from the station, I again called and was only allowed to speak with PJ, who informed me he had reported the incident to the owner and sent him the pictures taken by Sonny, and that the owner would be contacting me and they would review the video. I again asked for the owner's name and contact address and/or the name of their insurance company, and was told PJ did not know that information, however he could give be the telephone number or Arco customer service. After receiving a bid for the repair of my truck (which) exceeded $8000.00, with no response from the Owner, I had an investigation conducted and discovered the owner(s) went be several names and aliases, including: Danri Lada LLC, aka Am/Pm, aka Harney Ln Am/Pm aka Harney Lane Inc. aka Waters Road Inc. On 9/27/2013 I sent a copy of the estimate and a demand letter to the owner Mr. Dharni Lada requesting he contact me to arrange payment for my damages. On 10/7/2013 Mr. Dharni (aka Kulwat S. Dharni) finally called me and set an appointment for Thursday 10/10/2013 at 9:00 a.m., to meet at the Lodi station to discuss settlement and for him to see the damage to my truck. On 10/10 2013 I appeared at the station at the appointed time and place. I asked for Mr Dharni the employee stated he did not know who that was. I explained I had an appointment with the owner, he stated he did not know who that was, but that PJ the manager was outside. I contacted PJ, introduced myself and explained I was to meet Dharni for our appointment, with PJ confirming he was aware of the appointment and he stated Mr. Dharni was in back and would get him. A few minutes later Mr. Dharni came out with a man identified as his partner and they wanted to see the truck. Im

Hands down the nicest, cleanest most user friendly gas station/mini market I have EVER been to! The freak'in bathroom was pristine!... I know, I know, it's just a mini market but you have to realize I was so impressed with it, I HAD to Yelp it! When in Lodi, do it! : D
