On June 23rd, I went to the AT&T on Kettleman Lane in Lodi as my phone was due for an upgrade. The gentleman that was to help me didn’t seem interested at all, so I left. I then went to T Mobile and then to Verizon to get information on their plans and I was ready to switch to another company but felt I needed to at least get the upgrade information from AT&T, but I didn’t want to go back to the same guy. Then I found Sadaqat at your AT&T branch located at 2610 Reynolds Ranch Parkway in Lodi. What an extreme difference! Sadaqat is an asset to AT&T. He sat down with me and went over all of my options and even helped me to get on a better plan not only with my phone, but my internet too. He was patient, and really cared about me and my phone & internet needs. Because of Sadaqat, I’m happy to say I’m staying with AT&T. I’m very thankful to have met someone who not only cares about AT&T, but also your customers. Please let Sadaqat know just how much I appreciate him.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this AT&T store.
Unfortunately, it fell short of the level of service I expect from a major carrier. The manager(Alana) appeared disinterested and unmotivated to assist. When I received help, the manager seemed rushed and dismissive, offering little explanation or support regarding my issue. Suggested going to a DirectTV location in San Jose...?
I hope this location takes steps to improve training, communication, and overall customer care moving forward.

I was welcomed by an extremely gracious and knowledge consultant, named Alana. I have been to ATT stores in the past, many times without resolve if they weren't up charging me - I left frustrated NOT today, issue resolved in minutes. Tytyty ATT for hiring someone who is helpful - this reflects very well on your customer service division.
