“Attn: Chrysler/Dodge/Ram/Jeep owners w/545RFE. If your transmission is slamming you forward after passing on the highway, go talk to Ron at Lodi Transmission regarding the valve body. After completing a pass, my Jeep would throw me forward and hammer the drivetrain when upshifting from 3rd to 4th. Dealer/Stellantis wanted to tear down the whole transmission, which I kept serviced and never towed with ( so made no sense). CVI tests came back good, so went with Ron's diagnosis and the transmission shifts smooth once again!

“Went in here on 8-12-2026 for a diagnostic on my KIA. I was inn and out in less then an hour and for less then $100! Was a very fair price. Nice waiting area for my family and I with A/C and comfortable seating. Koshi at the front desk was very informative and was kind enough to give me a detailed print out with additional research and information. 10/10 recommend and would use them again!”

“Great shop. No appointment necessary. Shop owner was there before the shop was supposed to open. He pulled my truck in and answered every question I had. Shop and waiting room were clean. Was done and gone 30 minutes later. MUCH better experience than the shop I've used for the last 8 years. Took another vehicle in a couple weeks later and left it for the test. Excellent service at a fair price. Even reminded me to complete the registration process within 90 days or the vehicle would have to be retested.Services: Diesels”

He is always trying to save his customers money. You never have to worry about him finding issues just to over charge you. He will tell you exactly what’s happening and know that he will get the job done in great time. He is also a kind, professional and straightforward person. It’s always a pleasure doing business with him. I wish I could give him and his shop more than five stars. Couldn’t recommend Alpine Smog more.”

after being in the automotive repair industry for 25 plus years, I found it very hard to trust somebody else to service my truck.
Chris was highly recommended by many people I know so i gave him a call and he invited me to stop by i explained my issue and made the decision to bring in my truck knowing it needed a new transmission he gave me a quote and time line of completion
i received a phone call 2 days early when i answerd the phone i was expecting the worst how ever Chris was very excited to tell me he had everything completed and his total was less than expected
I couldn't me more happier with his service and integrity

“Brought our 2019ST375 in for a total roof replacement. A tree had fallen at our RV park that we are staying at in NV and did serious damage to the roof. The wood needed to be replaced as well. After pulling the insulation back they noticed the A/C vent train as I call it had separated in numerous places in the attic which let a lot of cool air to flow into the attic and not the living area especially in the kitchen. Bad seal job by GD I guess. Dustin's crew sealed it back together and what a difference, amazing. While they're Dustin walked me around and inspected the trailer. He noticed where the screws holding the sheet metal in place were coming loose from vibrating down the road. They replaced the screws with rivets and braced it on the backside, what a difference. While underneath the RV he also noticed my leaf springs were flattened out, not good. As a retired truck driver I knew this could be a serious problem if one would have broke while driving down the road so went ahead and had them replace all 4. Dustin's crew did an outstanding job on the roof and suspension. They are all so knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him and his team. They dealt with my insurance and took care of our concerns. It was well worth the drive to Northern California to have our roof repaired and to meet some Great folks. We highly recommend California RV Specialist for all your RV repairs. Once again thank you Dustin and your whole crew for there hard work and dedication.”
