“Had a refrigerator replaced in my class A motorhome AC / LP unit weighing 233 lbs. A window has to be taken out to remove and install the monster fridge. They gave me an appointment which was not too far out like most RV shops in the area. All work performed with no mess. Perfect installation and completed witin one week. Don Silvey is the best and entire staff very friendly and professional.I highly recommend this facility for RV repair and collision work . Went with an abortion AC/LP very expensive refrigerator which they allowed to be shipped directly to them.”

“In 2004, I purchased a used car that was salvaged from Sam's body shop. He had replaced the door, hood, fender, and repainted the entire vehicle. The craftsmanship was very good and at a great price. Five years later, a person had hit that car and ruined the fender and headlight. I took the car back to Sam's body shop, and he was able to fix everything to look new again. In 2017 I had purchased a Mustang with some quarter panel and fender damage. Sam was able to fix the damage and paint match the car perfectly. He has always been very nice, straight forward and accommodating. This review from a retuning customer.”

“They Do Good even when No-one is Looking . We needed to get a rag/ material that was lodged into the Luggage Rack of my Cadillac SRX. We roamed the streets of Lodi and accidentally came up on Gerber Collision & Glass & the Manager willing to provide Service "Regardless" . So with the assistance of his Technician- he did and now the rag is gone and We can wash our car for the first time in over 6 months. (Misters CARWASH couldn't help at all!) “Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. As I was driving an hour to get here I wanted to make sure my time was not wasted. San was my sales rep, and he was wonderful! I stated the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle prior to driving out (assuming condition was as described). San spoke to management and called me back promptly letting me know that they would agree to the price.When I arrived to look at the vehicle it was parked in front waiting for me. I was allowed to test drive alone with my wife (it was a two seater). At my request, they cleaned the car to inspect for damage. It was only dusty, but I wanted to make sure I was aware of any minor damage. We agreed to the purchase. San and his team had the paperwork drafted and I was on my way promptly.The best part of the service was that a few days later I received a package from the dealer. Inside was the owner's manual. I was not aware that it was not in the car, but they had. Without hesitation they mailed it to my home address. Great experience!”
