They are very NICE and POLITE. This is not usual in today’s world but they were.
Very professional and fast. They explained everything they were doing and why.
They also explained upcoming maintenance and why it needs to be done in the coming months and the price for each. Reasonable. The only part I didn’t like was all the “upsale” tactics. My family was not happy having been in the business.

Better selection of synthetic oil needed, 0-20 was limited to two basic brands. At the premium cost per quart charged, Havoline, Valvoline or Castro should have been available.
Actual service wait time was appropriate, fast but not rushed which would have been concerning.
Employees were courteous, engaged and helpful.

They checked the tire pressure but actually messed up the pressure on one tire, leaving it at 22 instead of 36 and the other 3 at 33.
